The coaches at Wild Life Gym lead group classes designed to develop physical literacy and improve strength and mobility. We also offer personal training, small group training, and high performance athletic training. Every coach in our facility is driven by movement and the desire to be better.

Services
Wild life Gym - Our Team - Olympic lifting, body weight training, gymnastics, kettlebells, yoga, cars, speed agility, plyometrics, and balance. Movement and strength are what we focus on. Mindfulness and nutrition are also part of our gym culture. We are inspired by encouraging people to live their best life - via healthy movement, healthy eating and a healthy mindset.
When you book into class, please show up. Especially now that in person class sizes are smaller. But we get it, life happens. And we certainly don't want you showing up sick. You have up until 12 hours before start time to cancel out of your class without getting charged.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, or no show - and have a 1 month unlimited, 2 week intro, or Auto-Pay membership, you will be charged $17.20 to your credit card on file.If you don't have a credit card on file, we will invoice you at the end of the month. If you're on a 10 class pass or single drop in, you will lose that class if late cancelled or no show.

This is a core conditioning class that emphasizes strengthening the abdominal, pelvic and lower back regions of the body. Having a strong core is the foundation to all proper movement. The ability to stabilize and properly engage your core while bending over, squatting, running, (pretty much everything) is SO important, that we've dedicated a whole class to it.

I absolutely love this gym, mainly because it doesn’t feel like your typical gym. This gym is all about teaching you the right movements for building and maintaining health, range of movement, and functionality. Right from the start, I felt welcomed no matter my background. They are also really great at communicating and adapting to ever changing COVID protocols, which I really appreciate.

Tiera, Steve and Jay are awesome coaches and instructors. The classes are fun and creative. Not only do the classes work on strength, mobility and cardio, they also teach you how to move properly with good form in all positions. The instructors give quite a bit of advice and coaching during the classes, which helps with learning how to perform different exercises properly and safely. I have been taking classes for 3 months and I feel about as healthy as I ever have in my life. I typically did not look forward to going to the gym in the past and found motivating myself to work out difficult, but

I am a coach at Wild Life Gym, I am biased, I think Tiera and Steve have a unique vision of movement, mobility, stability and conditioning, that will help flourish many individuals, and help our community continue doing the sports we love, outside its walls. Finally found my happy place! I’ve been looking for a gym for a while in Squamish that clicks and am so happy to have found it here. All the classes are incredible, and it’s got a non-pretentious, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The couple that owns the gym and instructs most classes are the loveliest and most educated, talented, and passionate about what they do and getting you to be the best version of yourself.

Great facilities & services! Owners Tiera & Steve and team have a great approach to fitness & conditioning through a variety of classes suitable for everyone with a focus on injury prevention. They will customize exercises and correct form as needed and provide you with individual feedback. Fun unpretentious atmosphere!

Wild Life Gym is all about keeping you active and agile for the long run, not just the now. Tiera and Steve's body-knowledge is unparalleled in an industry that seems to just celebrate a nice set of abs or big biceps.
