I have never written a review, but felt strongly to share my experience. Bryan, it is relevant that the first contact with your office is one of great importance. That person is usually the administrator assistance and l felt I needed to share that for me it was upsetting that when calling your office several times I was left feeling like I was disturbing your staff. When I showed up at your office I tried to be friendly with staff, but was met again with a feeling of not being welcomed. If there is such an option, I wouldn't hesitate to rate this guy and his office a zero. Absolutely cold and treat you as a cash cow. Ask you to sign documents the minute you are in the door, without any explanation what you are signing. Then you are out of the office. No small talks, no hand shaking, only easy cash. Avoid at all costs.

If there was the ability to give no stars then Bryan Tham would definitely earn that. My in-laws dealt with the Kitchener office and tried to get a hold of him several times just to figure out how much money we would need to bring for closing. The secretary was useless, and when Bryan returned my call and left a message, he didn't answer any of my questions and just told me to call him back. In person, he is impersonal, doesn't answer any questions adequately, didn't even offer to shake hands at the end of a business transaction, and belittled my wife because she asked questions. Let's be realistic
