Terrible service. I was checking out the cars when a business man approached to me and asked me if I had a driver license (of course I do, what else would I do over there), and refused to give me service; however, once I told him that I was looking for a BMW, he changed his tone and started to walk me around other luxury vehicles. Wow, that's a d*ckhead right there.

AJ was the best salesman we encountered on our car search. He did a great job listening to what both my husband and I wanted. Which was difficult because we wanted different things. AJ was the marriage counsellor of car salesmen. He kept both of our needs in mind and help us find options to keep us both happy. He was very honest and transparent, showing the proper paper work for all the cars. This was my first time shopping for a car so appreciated him being patient with me and answering all of my rookie questions with great detail.

Terrible atmosphere. Unprofessional pushy salesmen. I bought a vehicle , when I took it away it was dusty and dirty on the inside and out. I asked for a detail they said ok I’ll ring you later , and I received no call later. I was also left with an empty tank of gas. Worst dealership ever. I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I read many negative reviews on Google and they reminded me of a hellish experience I had with them few years ago.
First their refused to give me back my deposit until they sold me the car. Then I later found out big facts they had hidden about accident and repair.
I had to keep coming back for them to do some extra repair. Even then they had to repeat the same repair many times because each time they would try some all kinds of shortcuts and ended up with incomplete job.
Judging by the recent reviews, they haven't changed a bit. Don't go there. They take every single opportunity

Very pushy salespeople actually, made me feel dumb for wanting to check out another car before deciding, did not disclose that a car was in an accident until very late on, texted me immediately following my visit booking an unwanted "appointment" for the next day. I felt pressured disrespected and passive aggressively taunted during my visit. No. thanks.

Inquired about a vehicle. After doing research and finding multiple shady reviews as well as investigations done by CTV I delightfully and politely declined my offer to trade vehicles with Lucky 8. I then received multiple emails of how I don't understand how a "big business runs" and I will "learn later". Also was left with a nice " good luck selling your 1000$ car"(8$k subaru) final email. Wow thanks guys what a nice group of people! Haha wow guys what a joke group of low life's. No pride or conscious. Steer clear.

Horrible experience in trying to purchase a car that I had researched online. Upon going to the dealership we were pounced on by an over aggressive salesperson, Stephen, that creeped my girlfriend out with how "attentive" he was to her. We were sent to another location at that point as they keep most of their vehicles in a warehouse. We met up with another salesperson there which was a relief to my girlfriend that Stephen was busy when we were heading over there so wasn't able to meet us.

I bought a 2010 VW GTI from Lucky 8 a couple months ago. Initially, I was apprehensive because the company doesn't have the best reputation, but I took the leap and decided to buy because the salesperson (Ian) seemed honest and was upfront about their reputation too. I figured they wouldn't be still operating a couple years later if they hadn't cleaned up their act. My experience with them was very good. I went to this car lot to browse through their cars. Most of their nicer vehicles are kept in a warehouse by the Fraser river, so they will ask that you drive there. I suggest you call for the address of the warehouse, and meet someone there. It will save you time.

Hello, I purchased a vehicle from Lucky 8 Auto and with much regret. Looking back, I should have seen the signs to begin with. They misrepresented the mileage on the vehicle by 30,000 kms under what is was, the inspection report they provided was completely false as I had it inspected and found out that it was anything but safe to drive. Unfortunately I already had signed the contract being naive and believing in the initial inspection papers so when I brought it back, they did not want to do anything for me but leave me with the repairs that needed to be done(Which were very costly) and argue
