Canada Drives made the process of purchasing my vehicle SO incredibly easy. After the application, I received a text message about 15 minutes later letting me know that I was approved. Totally impressed by Canada Drives! I order my Mini clubman 8pm online the night before and it was delivered to my door 11am the next morning! The staff were professional and got my insurance and car plate sorted first thing in the morning to ensure they can deliver my car as promised the next morning. Easiest and fastest purchase to date. Everything was done by email after application was submitted (within 24 hours). I called a couple of times just to make sure the purchase didn't include the taxes (delivered to a reserve address and submitted my CIS). The scrapes on the pictures weren't nearly as visible once it arrived and I'm glad they took pictures of each little one just so we know what to expect.

Dealing with Canada Drives was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. I submitted a finance form on Sunday New Years weekend and by Wednesday I had the car I wanted. Not only that the price was below other local dealers and the price they gave me for my trade in was 7k more then the dealership I bought it from offered me 4 months prior. Beginning to end it was a seamless process. I would highly recommend Canada Drives to anyone looking for a vehicle and does want the BS from a car salesman.

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. From initial visit to canadadrives.ca to the new (to me) Tesla arriving at my door and hauling off my old car was less than 24 hours. All document signing and insurance transfer happened online/over the phone. I'm still shocked at how easy and pain free the process was; reasonable price for trade-in, no haggling. Last Sunday I wanted to purchase a car; so I asked about (a) a specific feature on one car and (b) about receiving detailed documents before the car was scheduled for delivery. John answered (a) details delivered tomorrow morning, and (b) detailed documents available after financial qualification. Canada Drives failed on both promises, despite more phone calls and more empty promises. They seem to be more focussed on my agreement to take delivery of the car than follow through. Great experience buying a car online and having it delivered to a home. Answered questions within an hour. They managed registration and redirected to setup insurance. The delivery took place by end of the day, same day from purchase. Everything was contactless except a signature at time of delivery. The delivery person wore mask and gloves and accommodated extra delivery ask. Car was cleaned really well and pictures represented what was delivered.

I signed up for an account online with this company to check them out and speak with someone about buying a new car. They ran a credit check with just the basic information I gave WITHOUT my authorization and then told me that it was somewhere in the fine print of their website at the end of a long paragraph that I "consented" to the check. Do not give them any of your information.

I took their word that I was getting a car in very good shape, I had never bought a used car before in my life, I hardly drove the vehicle and a couple months ago took the car to change tires and was the wiring on the wheels are barely holding on and Canada drive would not take any responsibility for it. I might have put about 500 K on the car. Do not buy any vehicle from them. They were nice when trying to sell you the car but afterwards, too bad, they wouldn't even talk to me about how to fix the problem. I am left on my own.

Everything was fine at first everything was moving well and I thought I would have a vehicle the same week, i will admit i dont have the best credit in the world but I have been working on it, I first received amazing customer service until I didnt and didnt receive any phone calls back or any texts back saying what I needed or even a nice little message saying there isnt anything he can do would have been nice but nothing put totally on ignore not a nice feeling hopefully they soon get back to me or I will be looking else where

I was always shown cars that were above my price range and I just felt that my demands were never heard. And to top it all off every time I went to a dealership I was never addressed; as the salesman would always talk to my brother or dad but neither of them were buying a car; which never made any sense to me. I hated going to dealerships but I needed a car!

However, there was an inhibitor that was not removed, which prevented me from leaving work for over two hours one day. They were unable to identify the problem, to the point I called a family member who knows cars to diagnose the issue.
The next day, I was told that someone would come to my work to remove it at 9 am. At noon, I got a call that they were taking it for the night (I was not even aware they were taking it at all). So
