We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Warren and staff at Water Works. It started in the showroom after meeting Warren, hearing we were interested in a new walk-in shower he proceeded to help us planning, showing the many possible choices and he even gave us tile samples to take home.
Corey and Dave comprised the work crew that showed up on time and immediately started work by laying tarps to protect our rug and tile floors. We were impressed with their expertise overcoming any obstacles that appeared. They were also able to save the large mirrors which we had in each bathroom

Water Works did a complete redesign of our master bath. It was a challenging space . The result is a spa like functional setting. From start to finish, great workmanship and service. I loved that I could pick out everything from from tile to cabinets and fixtures in store. Our bathroom is stunning!

Waterworks completed 2 full bathroom renovations for us. One was done May 2020 and when that one was completed we booked them for our second one in the fall. Our ensuite and main bathroom were finished on time and as per the quotes, no surprises. Warren and Tanis walked us through all that we needed, making it a one-stop shop as they had samples on site of what we wanted to install, and listened to what we envisioned the remodel to look like upon completion; we were not disappointed! Tanis was very helpful with tile and hardware selection. Corey came into our house for both renos and was professional

We are completely delighted with the superb service, excellent products and our two renovated bathrooms. Warren was informative and responsive during the initial phase as we looked at options and made decisions. Tannis, in the showroom, was helpful and very pleasant. Corey, our installer, was courteous organized and cleaned up thoroughly each day. He also explained what he was doing and consulted us where appropriate, e.g., where to place the shower caddy, etc. And he didn't complain once about having to run up and down the stairs to our third floor bathroom as well as our second floor bathroom
