Today my AC unit died. I called Charrois, and within the hour they stopped by, diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. They replaced my AC unit by 4pm the day of!!! I would highly recommend them to any one who needs help with their heating or cooling!!

Very impressed with Tim's work! Professional and clean. Tim and Jim were courteous and respective of my home. Their recommendations will save me a lot of money in the long run. Tim's prices were excellent! And all three systems, Furnace, AC, and Hot Water tank are units made in CANADA. Bonus!! I love supporting a local business. Tim even came days later and installed my new thermostat free of charge as a thank you for the business. Highly recommend Charrois HVAC! Thanks Tim!!

Wow. I called Tim to come out on a Sunday morning because my furnace was leaking water. When he arrived, he showed me the problem, told me a $25 part I could get from Home Depot (humidifier filter), and showed me how to install it. He wouldn’t accept any payment for driving out on a Sunday to look at my problem; no charge. This level of customer service was astonishing. I cant recommend this man enough. I will always use this company for all my HVAC needs. Outstanding service.

We had a small leak in our furnace, Tim came immediately to see what the problem was. He gave us our options, both fair pricing. We opted for a new high efficiency furnace, it was complete two days later, so friendly, professional, trustworthy and no mess. We will be using them again for our air conditioner.
