We want to say what a great experience we had dealing with Home Comfort.
From the first time we walked into the showroom to the installation of the Gas Fire Insert your professionalism and service at all levels was impeccable.
Brendan explained every detail to us while advising us on a unit suitable for our needs and a few days later Brandon came to our home and measured for the installation. He also advised us on the removal of the old wood stove.
Once we got this sorted out Gerry finalized the deal and was able to arrange for the installation to be done while our son was still here on vacation

We had a new natural gas fireplace with a bump out installed. The people at HHC were great from sales, to installation. Everything they did was on time, and professional. We had a delay in side cabinets and HHC had no issue coming back a year later to finish the stone after the cabinets we're finally in. Highly recommend.

We needed a new gas fireplace insert and decided to choose Hamilton Home Comfort because we wanted to use a local Company near us. We shopped around first and found their prices and quality of the product very good. They were very knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions and helped us choose the right unit for our home. We just got the Napoleon Oakville Series gas fireplace insert installed today by Brandon and Gerry. They were right on time, very efficient and left our home clean. We absolutely love our new gas fireplace insert.

Alex, Jerry and Brendon are who we highly recommend. We had a gas fireplace installed in our basement. Just had my AC and furnace done (York). I found the price to be very reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The guys that did the installation were very professional and most importantly did clean work. Got a follow up call the day after install from the office to make sure I had a good experience. good to see a company care so much about their customers. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Amazing customer service, beautiful workmanship to detail and superior quality and knowledge of products. When choosing our fireplace for our living space, Brendan took the time with us to assess what kind of model we needed based on the size of the room. It’s perfect for our living/dining space and the design adds warmth and beauty to the room. The installation was done by extremely knowledgeable professionals that arrived early and stayed until it was complete!
