Received a basket of flowers on the passing of my father. The basket had no sender card and when I asked the company to let me know who purchased the flowers so I could thank them, they were unable to locate a name for the sender. Seems to me they are very disorganized as they were not able to source the sender the same day the flowers were delivered. Upset I may not be acknowledging a kind gesture.

Surprise delivery ruined by All Around Flowers. I Ordered roses for a special occaision but the delivery arrived on the WRONG date 6 days too soon. When she received the package the surprise was totally ruined. The date I selected online was either completely ignored or simply forgotten. Not to mention being charged in US dollars including a $13 USD service charge. Embarrassing to say the least - I will never use this shoddy service again.

I ordered flowers online two day in advance and got their confirmation. When tried to call, I found that their 800 number is not in service, their Toronto number does not answer and their voice message box is not even set up. I tried calling for 2 days non stop with no success. They did not reply to my email either. They missed delivery date. They are irresponsible and possibly fraudulent company.

Has a great variety of fresh flowers... it has imported and Canadian grown flowers. The prices of the flowers and bunches is quite reasonable. The only downside is that the English of the person working (not sure if he is the owner) is a bit rusty... However, he is polite and cooperative. Another advantage is that you can pay cash or by card or even Interac which makes it quite convenient... I believe it is highly recommended and will certainly go back again for more flowers. I had 3 medium bunches each had lilly, roses and another flower beside the filling and wrapping all for CAD$33.
