For eight years we grew, with repeat and referral customers, total restorations, used car dealer work and a small amount of insurance claim repairs. In December of 1989 we relocated to our present facility at 3720 Milwaukee Street occupying 9280 sq ft. We have continued our commitment to superior customer service and top quality repairs.
This Standard Collision Repair Payment Policy is necessary because of (1) Delays in securing payment from insurance companies where personal injury, liability, or possible legal action are involved. A. This vehicle is being repaired for YOU as OWNER. You are responsible for payment for repairs.
If you do not intend to pay the bill with your check or other form of payment please make certain you have insurance company releases signed and returned to the proper insurance company, so they can deliver their check to you in time to get your vehicle.B. We usually order your vehicle's parts at the time of the estimate and schedule your vehicle's repair two or three days later. Most modern cars have Unibody frame construction and with our advanced laser measuring system we can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. We match factory finishes using the latest in paint technology with the highest degree of skill.
I call M&M Auto "my M&M family". I've been coming to M&M for at least 10 years because I know I can trust them to do good work and be honest about what my car needs. I do not know much about cars (and don't really care to know) and so when I go to get an oil change at an oil change place and they tell me I need a bunch of repairs, I usually tell them I have to ask "my car guy" first, then bring my car straight to M&M to look over.

Most unprofessional business i've ever encountered. Owner Greg is arrogant and creepy. Sat in his office for two hours while he talked about himself, asked me personal questions, and completely wasted my time. A process that shouldn't have taken more than 45 minutes. Ridiculous. I call back about a month later and was told by Greg i would receive a call back when he finished with another customer.Never got a call back.I only choose this business because it was close to home and work and the 4.6 star rating. This is a man who claims he treats all his female customers like a big brother. What a joke

All I can speak to is their lack of professionalism and customer service, because I opted for another shop. The guy who answered the phone was extremely condescending. He talked over me, interrupted, and bragged that he's "like a big brother to all his female customers" (I don't need one, thanks). Truly unimpressed.

Had great work done! The lock on my hatch on SUV hadn't worked for a few months. They took it apart and cleaned it. It works great. They also replaced a piece of trim on a door. It was done sooner than I thought and less expensive then I thought.
When I drove it home. I didn't notice until a couple days later that they also cleaned the fog off my headlights. What a nice surprise to have a business go above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

Could not be happier with their work! Steve and the crew fabricated a curved piece of metal to repair a rust hole in my wheel well. The repair and paint are perfect and it was done in 72 hours. Price was very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend!

For a short period of time I did not have access to my parking garage and the landscapers at my apartment building caused damage on three sides of my 2 year old Orange Jeep Renegade, including a HUGE chip on the back hatch. After a week at M&M it looked just as it did when I bought it off the lot! Super impressed with the flawless paint job; they even detailed the inside of the vehicle before returning to me. My car was rear ended in an accident~I had 1 of 3 estimates done at M & M and got a real good feeling from their manager Steve~he was very up front about everything and offered knowledge on the best ways to handle me situation~I decided to let them handle my repairs and am extremely happy and thankful I did!!! Great work~great people and the owner is a very beautiful and friendly woman so I even enjoyed time in the office=)

Ran over a wooden cover and it flipped up and smashed my lower front in. The radiator was trashed and there was damage to my bumper and other things. M&M was awesome. I got a loaner car and they were done with the repairs in about a week. Can't tell anything happened except in my wallet lol. They worked well with my car insurance also. I pray I never get into another accident but if I do I'll be sure to use M&M Auto again. Forgot to take after pics bit it looks great.

I bought my beautiful Plasma Blue Sti in NY a month ago. To my dismay, five days after I bought it, I was rear ended. After doing my research on auto body shops in the area, I decided to go to M&M, and immediately I knew that this would be the shop that would work on my car.

They do good work, although their price is a little high. I can go to an actual dealership and get the job done cheaper. Last time I was there, I had to sit in the office and listen to them justify their pricing. I don't need to hear that. Either lower the price or lose me to someone that does the same work cheaper.
I'd recommend them simply based on the quality of work they do. Get a good deal on pricing, and then you have a winning combination.

Mike and his employees at M&M Auto body have been doing auto body repairs and making adjustments on my 2001 BMW 330ci for over six years now. It needed new door hinges 4 years ago. After the repairs, my doors… opened and closed like the car was brand new and they still do. The doors line up perfect and the windows seal perfect as well. My car has 135k miles and will have to be replaced one day, but the guys at M&M keep it looking as good as possible for a reasonable price. Normally I go into places like this expecting to get old magician trip of watch the left hand so you don't see what the right is doing. But I was TOTALLY surprised and pleased at how well my experience was.

I've had two experiences with M&M Auto Body - and honestly if I ever get another scratch or fender-bender a small part of me will be think "Well at least I get to give Mike some business again!" (well, I moved to NYC recently - but if I were still in Madison! and seriously he's so good I would consider driving all the way to Wisco just to use his incredible service).

I went to M&M to get a couple small rust spots fixed and also have some scratches removed. The price was incredibly fair, and the work was extremely professional. Mike and Steve were both super helpful, understanding, and flexible. The turnaround was very fast and everything went really smoothly. I really highly recommend them!

I dread places like this - they smell weird, they deal with stuff I know nothing about, and I just never know what to make of what they're telling me. M & M came recommended by our mechanic, whom we trust implicitly, so that helped.
It also helped that Mike was really straight-forward and the service was fast and good. We had a stupid repair - the lower corner of the door was bent because we had some ice caught in the space between the door and the body of the car and cranked on the door a few times before we realized what was going on, which also took some paint off the car.

I had an accident and selected M&M Auto Body as the place to have my car towed to. I recently moved to Madison and did not have time to shop around and ask folks where they recommend. Instead, I took a chance....and a very good chance this was!!
