Yes, but any repairs beyond the original insurance claim will be an additional charge. This question is one heard often by body shop owners and managers. Shops cannot legitimately and legally include non-accident-related damages in the price of the repair. I had to get my car body repaired.
These guys are great!!
The owners "Rob" and "Paul" are really nice and friendly.
Rob took the time and assessed the car when I brought the car in.
Once I knew these guys were good, I decided to go ahead with the repairs, and called to book a time for pics they needed to take for the insurance.
When I brought the car in, Paul looked at the car in detail and took the pictures. He also showed me the areas that were damaged and explained which areas needed full replacement and why and which can be reused. He answered all of my questions and explained everything

Had a great experience at this shop. Tammy had my rental ready to go before my truck was dropped off. Rob and his team do amazing work and let me tell you the paint match on my Tri Coat Ivory Pearl Ram was spot on looked just like OEM.
They even return your vehicle cleaner than the day you picked it up from the dealer.
I would never go to any other shop for body work and paint. BEST BODY SHOP IV EVER BEEN TO AND DELT WITH.

The team at Phoenix Custom Autobody are the best. It did not take me too long to figure out that Tammy and Rob have a level of integrity that is simply hard to beat. I am very grateful for the service they provided and will recommend them to anyone needing the service of a shop like theirs. The Phoenix Auto Body shop is truly one of the best shops you can go to for any of their listed services. I have gone to them to have work done on multiple of my vehicles and have been amazed by their work after each visit. They are professional, fast, affordable and care about their customers. I highly recommend going to them first!

From the moment I called Tammy was amazing very friendly and reassuring.
Rob looked at the car and from that moment on I felt at ease. There was nothing more for me to so then wait for my car.

These guys are AMAZING and this review is well-deserved and long overdue. Got into a bad accident in February and my insurance company recommended Phoenix as a preferred vendor. I'm a nurse and I was stuck at work with a smashed car in my driveway at home. I had planned to drive it over when I got home that night, but Rob offered to come all the way to south Mississauga to pick up my keys and go tow the car from my house while I was at work. When my insurance recommended me Phoenix Customs Autobody, i was quite reluctant to go as it was a completely new process to me. However, when i called them to schedule an appointment to assess the works that need to be done, i was amazed by the response from the front desk person. She promptly answered all my questions and supported me all the way. From dropping my car to the receiving it, i was given timely update all the way.
With respect to the workmanship, i am still astounded by their craftsmanship. Kudos and hats off to Rob's Team. The work is perfect

Rob and his team go over and above to get the job done right. From getting the car to the shop after the accident, getting me in a rental and the quality of the work. These guys go all out to make it right. I have used them many times in the last ten years or so, and have recommended them to friends and relatives when they need to get their car fixed up back to new.
