Mary-Eileen O'Brien, owner of Carleton Law Group welcomes you to our firm. Mary-Eileen has deliberately created a coaching culture at her law firm and in so doing, she has been successful in attracting and retaining a multi-talented team of lawyers and staff members. In a workplace characterized by a flattened hierarchy and mutual support, each employee at Carleton Law Group contributes to the maximum benefit of both clients and colleagues.
Born and raised in Saint John, Mary-Eileen continues to make her home on the "West side" with her partner Greg and their blended family of amazing teens and young adults. When she is not at work she is happily consumed by all of her family's various activities, and the many parties and celebrations she and Greg love to host.
After graduating with her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, Alexandra also received her Paralegal Diploma from Oulton College. She immediately began working in the legal field until she moved to England to start her Law Degree at the University of Essex.
While attending Law School Alexandra furthered her legal skills as a member of the Essex Law Clinic, first as a student legal advisor and then as firm manager.Her focus with the Essex Law Clinic was on access to justice, providing greatly needed legal services to low income communities through outreach mobile clinics.

Born and raised in Saint John, Mary has been with Carleton Law Group since it was established. Mary's long term time with Carleton Law Group has given her the opportunity to utilize her amazing organizational skills in almost all areas of our firms expertise and now is our office manager. Mary always makes time getting together on a regular basis with family and friends.
A native of Saint John, Jane is a graduate of St. Vincent's High School and completed accounting and secretarial studies at Modern Business College. Her work experience includes reception, customer service, retail and technical sales, and administration. For 8 years Carleton Law Group has benefitted from Jane's diligence, work ethic and expert knowledge in real estate transactions.
