The Beginners Guide to Disability Insurance Claims and Disability Guide and CPP Disability Application Workbook from Resolute Legal were extremely use full. The guides showed me how to successfully prepare information required to complete forms for the insurance company and my CPP disability application.
It is hard to believe these guides are offered free of charge considering how helpful they are. Should I require legal assistance with my claim I will not hesitate to contact Resolute Legal.

Great experience with Resolute Legal! I, unfortunately, was issued a change of status at the 24 month mark of Short Term Disability where my insurance company felt I could return to the workforce in any capacity. My LTD was denied. Despite my original condition not magically being cured and in fact, adding a couple more incurable health issues that would make working at any job, almost impossible. After my sister became ill and was no longer able to work, I did all I could to help her apply for benefits. After being denied my LTD benefits I was devastated. Then I found Resolute Legal and everything changed. Using the book, the webnair and advice from David and his team I started my appeal. Using a copy of… everything the insurance company had in their file on me, referrals from people who know me, and other documentation (doctor and pharmacy files) I put my appeal together. Then I wrote a document explaining in detail about my condition and how it affected my ability to do my job. I also explained how it affected my daily activities. I can't say enough good things to really show Resolute Legal my appreciation. I contacted them when my insurance company drop my disability benefits. That's still ongoing but they keep me informed of what is going on. I love their portal so you can upload and download documents and talk to your team. You have a team not just a lawyer. It's an… awesome company. Without my disability benefits I had to apply for CPP Disability and they said they would like to handle that so they were handling all my disability claims and I didn't say or do the wrong thing while talking to one party or the other
