A luxurious place for showcasing fine floristry! The representative was very knowledgeable and passionate. We had a fun conversation while she was helping me to wrap a light pink rose. This time, one pinky rose is enough, since I’ve already prepared some suitable others. Will absolutely come back and leave with a variety of floral products.

Thomas Hobbs used to be one of my favorite places to visit in Vancouver. They have a variety of flowers and absolutely beautiful store layout. I had purchased many flowers for my families and friends from them for special occasions. Although it can by a bit pricy when it comes to specific combinations of flowers, the staff, the service, had been amazing in general and it never disappointed me.
However, as usual, I went there yesterday and aiming to pick some flowers for my friend's graduation, I met this staff and she was so rude to the fact that I just wanted to leave ASAP. In the beginning I

Overpriced for what you get, mixed in with poor customer service. The poor customer service is what frustrates me the most and you can see that this is one of the main complaints in these google reviews. There are a lot better high end florists in the city that offer way better value and customer service than Thomas Hobbs. Buyer beware.

They had some very nice arrangements for standard pricing.
I was completely SHOCKED that they called the recipient instead of ME to state "we'll be delivering flowers tomorrow to your work address between these hours." Absolutely killed the surprise! It's not stated on their web site anywhere that's easy to see but apparently "it's policy"

Good stuff. Beautiful designs. But bad customer services. The front desk girls seemed like have 0 knowledge with flowers and plants. Could not answer my questions instead, just ask me to google it. I was just asking how much water and temperature does the rose need. Why u work at a flower shop with no basic knowledge?

First off, this place has AMAZING variety of flowers, beautiful shop, but TERRIBLE staff
I mean really really rude staff that totally ruined my day.
I used to shop at this store more when I was living in the neighbourhood. I love how you can pick and choose your flowers and they carry many different varieties. Really beautiful shop.
However my experience today was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. When I was asking them questions they seemed super annoyed and unwilling to help. And when I was about to pick out my flowers, the staff attitude was so rude to a point it made

Beautiful store and lovely arrangements. They have a sign where no photos allowed inside. I respect that. They had a beautiful light tree display inside the shop. It makes it look magical in there. Array a gorgeous flowers and smells so good too. Photos I took were arrangements from outside the shop.
