We had the flower factory as our florist for our wedding in September! I had sent pictures of bouquets I loved and they completely replicated the color and the style I was looking for! All of our boutonnières were perfect and same with the flowers at the end of the aisle. I ended up drying my bouquet for safe keeping. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job! I've been using this florist as my primary place to order flowers. I've ordered bouquets for work and personal. This place offers fantastic customer service, knowledgable staff with prompt responses. Remarkable arrangements, so elegant and beautiful. I highly recommend trying this florist out - you won't be dissapointed. I've been using them for four years!

I have known Gloria for 10 years and her and her team are the most amazing and wonderful people! Countless times Gloria has helped me achieve the most incredible floral arrangements and decor. Her most recent magic was when my sister's wedding got canceled in Kelowna due to the fires, and moved to Vancouver. We had to make a full wedding happen in just four days and the Flower Factory came through yet again. I cannot say enough good things about Gloria and her team, and will be a loyal client indefinitely.

I only discovered the Flower Factory yesterday, when I was looking to have an arrangement made for my mum. Based on the wonderful Google reviews and snapshots of the floral bouquets others posted, I decided to have one of their designers create something special and incorporating my mum's favourite colours. Wow, talk about pure artistry!! And my mother was so delighted with her gorgeous vase arrangement! A big thank you to Sarah (the designer) for cheering my mum up at a difficult time!! The Flower Factory is hands down my new Go-To floral arranger!

This shop is well known to be one of the preeminent flower shops in the city. They are always busy checking Internet or phone orders or walk-in orders. There are also a variety of cut flowers and potted plants as well as cards and soaps and other interesting items in the shop laid out all the time. I’ve always been highly impressed with the phone orders are placed as the recipients of the flowers are always blown away by the freshness and arrangement provided.
This time I walked into the shop when it just opened on the weekend and they were already busy in the back doing all of their arrangements

Purchased a Valentine's Day bouquet and a bag of goodies for delivery. The bag contained scented candle+matches, artisanal chocolate, Sugarfina candy, bath salts, scented soap, and rose petals.
Flower Factory was very responsive with any questions I had prior to delivery, and the bouquet was delivered without any hassle. I had some issues with the arrangement and quality of the bouquet, and Gloria immediately offered to send a replacement the moment she learned about the problem. She also took the time to explain the creation process behind the bouquet and some of the plants that were included

I've been a loyal customer, colleague and friend of Flower Factory for many years! Gloria and the team are some of the most respected wedding vendors in the city with a great reputation to match. I'm no flower expert, but I know their bouquets and flower displays are gorgeous... not to mention they last forever. The hundreds of times we've worked together over the years I've seen so many different and AMAZING styles! The shop also has lots of great knick-knacks if you are looking for (ahem) a last minute gift idea for your wife the day before her birthday... Beautiful award winning flowers made

I’ve been happy with flowers from flower factory. Easily my favourite flower shop in Vancouver.
I want to say how wonderful they are for accommodating under a very short timeline. I really appreciated how they had helped us out due to covid and change of plans. Not to mention, the bouquet turned out to be absolutely stunning and what I wanted. Very grateful!

I treated myself to a flower arranging workshop with The Flower Factory London and it was incredible! It was my first floristry class and I wanted something super comprehensive and intimate, and was was not disappointed! The class was super small, only 2 students and the teacher, it included a tour of New Covent Garden Market, a coffee stop, and… the class itself. I have never seen a teacher more fun, attentive and patient, he answered all of our students and wen't over and beyond anything I could have expected. The class was very generous material wise, and I managed to leave with a bouquet

Order a bouquet to be delivered, and was promised to send a photo of the bouquet with my email address provided . Call today at around 11:40 am to confirm the delivery and mentioned about the photo. Was told they normally don’t do it but since I was promised from one of their employees they will do it and they even double check my email address.… Also I was told the courier won’t be pick up the delivery before noon. Hung up a minute later the store called me back “ the courier had pick up the bouquet and assure it us beautiful “ Don’t you think the story is

Great for everyday flowers, they do wonderful arrangements and are really helpful, and all at a fair price.
I really wanted to use them for wedding flowers, however they were always too busy to set up a consultation, and I left at least 3 unreturned messages trying to set up an appointment. If that's how they were trying to win my business, I was worried what it would be like on my actual wedding, and decided to forgo the stress.
We still go regularly for every day flowers/ gifts etc... I just think they're too busy for their own good.

First time buying with them and wasn't disappointed. I called and ordered a rush bouquet, with really bad and abstract instructions, and they still managed to pull it off! The Flower Factory totally went beyond… my expectations and delivered a beautiful summery bouquet right on time to save the day. I'm telling my coworkers about them right now!!
