Amazing experience from start to finish with a special last minute orchid delivery. I ordered through their website which was super easy and convenient. My email inquiries were promptly answered and the orchid was delivered bright & early despite the extreme weather conditions. The orchid which was delivered was beautiful & fresh & beautifully wrapped

I ordered this arrangement very last minute for same day delivery and had to call the shop twice to ask questions. Each time the person on the phone was extremely helpful. Only thing was I asked for an update to delivery via text on after purchase and didn’t get an update. I emailed the store after they were closed and still got a reply back the same night. The arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved it. I also asked the store to write in the card I purchased and her writing is beautiful and very creative. Will definitely buy here again!

The only florist I buy my flowers from! I moved away from Vancouver for university and have been buying flowers for my mom on her birthday and mother’s day with the delivery. Deliveries are always on time, with great arrangements! I’ve bought flowers from them the last three years for every occasion and will continue. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with our flowers from Celsia Florist! We had a very small wedding last weekend and didn't plan to get any flowers, but my mother in law insisted we at least get a bouquet and boutonniere. And I'm so glad she did! When I went online, it was very hard to find prices and packages that suited what we were looking for. And then… I found Celsia! They were recommended to me by my officiant and had the perfect option for us to just get the flowers we were looking for. I gave a pretty vague description of what I wanted and listed some specific flowers and Celsia delivered

I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews, however I have had a terrible experience with this florist. We hired Celsia to provide flowers for our wedding in 2020. Unfortunately, we had to postpone due to the ongoing pandemic. Ultimately we ended up canceling our large BC wedding because we are out of province and it is not safe to travel. I… have reached out to Celsius numerous times to discuss the deposit we paid (in the thousands) to see if we can receive at least a portion back. We gave them ample notice so they can rebook another event and they would not have had to order/pay

It was my brother's birthday recently, and my sister and I (we dont live in Vancouver and never been there) decided to, separately, send him some flowers. After looking online at many flower shops we both ended up buying him flowers from Celsia (without knowing what the other was doing!) it was an extraordinary coincidence and shows that Celsia has got a few things right: beautiful and user-friendly website, amazing products that are nicely photographed and reasonably priced. Thought I'd share my positive experience of this business

Celsia is hands down the best florist!! Whenever I order from them, they absolutely just understand the vision of any arrangements I want! They have the sweetest customer service that makes you feel you’re best friends already and you can tell that they put so much love in their craft! Also everyone is so knowledgeable and you can ask them how to take longer care of your flowers and plants! Would always recommend them to anyone needing florist services! Plus you can always just drop by at any of their locations for a nice pick me up bouquet or plant!

I ordered the $75 seasonal bouquet for a family friend who is going through a rough time, in hopes to enlighten her day.
I requested to have the flowers deliver yesterday at noon. It arrived at their doorsteps close to 5pm.
I have gone to the store to manually pick out bouquets for my friends and have always thought they looked gorgeous. This was my first time placing an order for a delivery.
After receiving pictures of the flowers, disappointment was an understatement. I definitely do not think it was worth $75, for wilting flower pieces, selection of flowers, and overall arrangement and presentation

Celsia was and is my dream florist! I am a wedding photographer, so I feel like my standards for florals are pretty high haha. Joh and her team created absolutely gorgeous florals for my wedding in September 2016. I could not have been happier with everything they provided and how it all turned out. Also, when my husband tragically passed away a year later they were so kind as to help me out with florals for his memorial. I will be forever grateful to them for that beautiful gift. (Disclaimer; I am a wedding photographer and a very particular person) We loved what Celsia did for our wedding! Elizabeth was so great to work with, answering my many questions and meeting with me to make sure my vision was carried out. They did all the bouquets, my flower crown, and floral accents at my reception, and it was the perfect touch! I love their style and everyone is very professional! I would recommend to anyone getting married in the lower mainland.

We ordered two medium sized ($75) bouquets on Friday - for a 60th birthday and Lunar/Chinese New Year. Both were beautiful! We ordered another smaller one ($50) for a special friend to be delivered on Saturday and it was lovely as well.
Color palettes were all soft pastels.This is the first time that I haven't preselected flowers for a bouquet and… I wasn't sure what to expect. We were very impressed though and I'm glad Celsia is in the neighbourhood and can deliver! :) All the recipients thought the flowers looked stunning. The lady answering the phone was friendly and emails were answered
