Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Helena showed me the different varieties of earrings that I was interested in (from the Spectator ads) and even emailed me pictures of them to help in deciding. My necklace broke. It had three tiny heart charms. I put them back on so I wouldn't lose them. They weren't facing the right direction. But it didn't matter because they were just going into a drawer until I could get it fixed. Fast forward about a year later. I decided to get it fixed. So I dropped off the chain at Barry's jewelers. And completely forgot to put the charms back on properly. When I went to pick up my necklace. They had taken the charms off and put them back on facing the correct direction, fix the necklace, and polished it until it shined. And only charged like $15. I really appreciate

Sabrina is a star!!
My husband (boyfriend at that time) walked by Barry's in Mapleview (previous location) and first met Sabrina there in 2018. Our first impression of her and the place was memorable to say the least. Her friendliness and attentiveness made us feel incredibly comfortable - even though we were just browsing! We ended up chatting with her for a bit and left in high spirits.

Brought my ring in to Barry's Jewellers to be fixed cost a lot of money to replace 2 diamond chips. 2-3 weeks later the diamonds fell out again. Took it back and was told separate diamonds had fallen out when I know which diamonds were fixed. After the lady we dealt with was extremely rude she LIED first saying that their diamonds were bigger then denying that ever happened and saying that she knows the goldsmiths claw work and that's how she knew that "their diamonds had not fallen out". In the end we were told the ring would be fixed for free. Got a call today from the new

I have dealt with one sales person in particular in the Mapleview location and it is my understanding that this business is very crooked. I have been lied to and taken advantage of by one sales person and do not feel that this business is reputable! Why would they employ liars?!?
