With Mother's day upcoming and everything closed I called Harmony in Burlington and was assisted by Katelyn. Chris was totally awesome! The corresponds was fluid and seamless and the Cartier I purchased absolutely beautiful! I wa a pleasantly surprised to see the scratch he took extra time to take photos of for my benefit was really not noticeable at all in real life. I took my great grandmother's garnet engagement there as the prongs needed to be repaired and to have the stone replaced. What I got back was a ring that did not whatsoever resemble the ring that I had taken in! The colour of the gold is different, the style of the ring is different, and the groove in the ring where my great grandmother's wedding band sat is now no longer there!
