Great experience working with the owner and designer, Sonali, to get exactly what I wanted. They responded straight away to my queries, had great suggestions to get my vision exactly as I wanted. They were on time with their quote from design to pick up and the price was fantastic. I would highly recommend (and have) the wonderful team to anyone looking for any type of custom piece. They work within any budget to ensure you get what you want. My wife loved the design and look of the ring and we will be sure to come back again!

Hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.
I visited to have a small diamond added to a rather uniquely shaped ring. Within less than 10 seconds of looking at it, both sales staff told me “it can’t be done.” After what felt like pulling teeth, and tactfully rephrasing my request a couple times, I was eventually told that it would “probably be too expensive” and that I “might as well buy a new ring for a couple hundred dollars more.” Without discussing any actual dollar amounts, or even inquiring about my budget, I thought this was a pretty

After many many hours of research I chose Luxe to custom make my engagement ring and wedding band. They were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the design process.
