After 34 years at Act II, Howard has gained a valuable relationship with our customers through insurance claims and his knowledge in the diamond industry.
Our expert jewelers provide the finest quality, On-site craftsmanship, and jewellery repairs. We understand that often customers have trouble letting go of jewellery, even if it's just for repairs, that's why we offer most of our repairs WHILE YOU WAIT. I drive past this store every day but never really had a reason to go in. I went in to get a ring resized. Since it was a silver ring, I didnt know how possible or expensive it would be. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greated by a friendly staff. I told her what I was looking for and she promptly gold me they could do it while I wait! She helped me find the ring size i needed and took the ring. I looked around while I waited and I got talking to the staff. In the course of the conversation, my other silver ring was noticed and they offered to clean it for me. They did and both my rings

I have been going to Act II for many years, since I switched from a very high profile jewelery store where the owner never showed his face unless you financially made it worth his while. The first time I went into Act II, Sol was there to great me graciously with a warm smile. Wendy too always has a friendly smile and warm greeting for you. I decided to take in some of my deceased mother's jewelery that I would never wear as it was and look for suggestion on re-designing it.Arlene Giovanetti instantly re-designed me a beautiful Opal necklace using the existing Opal and diamonds set in the old necklace
