I've had a tennis bracelet for many years and recently decided it didn't have the sparkle I needed anymore. I have purchased many things from this store before and always been very satisfied .Recently I went into Moshe's Fine Jewellery and was looking around and Romy showed me a diamond bracelet in the window I really liked.
Keeping that bracelet in mind I came in to Moshe's one day and I worked with Raymond to see if we could come up with an idea for my diamonds that I would really love.
Raymond was beyond patient with me as I am a very visual person, and we did come up with an amazing design

What a great experience!
I haven’t been there for awhile but was passing by and saw a display in the window.Raymond was great and reassured me that the new setting for my ring would be amazing. Well I have to tell you that it is outstanding!

Amazing customer service at Moshe! Moshe has fantastic customer service! My mother and I had a fantastic day with Galy and the rest of the personnel. They were so attentive to what we desired and provided us with numerous selections, as well as addressing all of our concerns. Galy was extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and felt as we were long-time friends with her amazing service! Ultimately, fantastic assistance, and I would recommend this business a 10/10 recommendation.

Just purchased a diamond necklace as a gift. The owner was patient and helped me select something in my price range and preferred style. The price was reasonable and gift wrapping was very professionally done at no extra charge. I will gladly return in the future. Better to support family business and not be overcharged for a brand name on the box. Super service, fair prices. 10/10 from me.

Raymond is a really nice professional worker, however i have to give it 1 star because
1- I brought in an expensive watch to have it fixed. The person who fixed my watch called me to discuss the price which is fine and i agreed after explaining how he would fix it.
2-When i came to pick up my watch i noticed the work that was done was very sloppy and not clean the glue used to seal the glass casing was all over the backsplash of my watch which is black so it was noticeable right away
3- I pointed it out to Raymond and he agreed to lower the price, however 4 weeks after i picked up my watch the

I’m a long time customer of Moshe’s; the quality of service and products has always been top notch. Most recently, while the store was closed for in-store shopping during the Covid-19 lockdown, I had an incredible shopping experience via Moshe’s Instagram page. Romy chatted with me through direct messaging on Instagram, sending me pictures, and answering my many questions over the course of a few days. Most amazing Jewelry store in the greater Toronto area. Wonderful selection and good prices. I bought a beautiful letter necklace for my Granddaughter and a pair of huggies and two pairs of studs for my daughter's 40th birthday. But what really marks them apart from everyone else is their truly incredible service. They focus on what the client wants and do not try and push you towards anything. They are extremely honest showing you a range of price points and even when you pick something less expensive, they are happy with your choice as they are more interested in customer satisfaction then anything
