I purchased a new home and the furnance system was built by them. They put an 16inch fliter into my 12inch slot. they just wrapped and squeez it in. the furnance has been running like that for months until I find the problem. The guy refuse to come and make a complete check for my sytem.

We had Craig come out to fix a leaky shower. BIG mistake. First he replaced the shower head with a cheap and nasty one which was not the issue at all. When we asked them to come back as it was still leaking. Craig managed to foul up the entire system to the extent that the shower stopped working all together. He promised to come back but after 5 no shows we asked for another plumber. Surprise surprise 10 minutes before the appointment we received a call from him cancelling the appointment. I called KC Plumbing sometime between January 12th and 19th with several problems. I have used KC for many years including some major work and while Corey was there we had excellent service. I mentioned this to the person I spoke to but also said the service had not been as good the last time we had work done. I described in detail what needed to be done and sent photographs so the parts could be brought and the work done. Our tankless water heater blew yesterday, and we were not able to get it started. Then smoke started coming out of it and water was dripping from the pipe. We called KCs Plumbing and received great service from start to finish as usual (we have used them before). Rhonda who answered our call was very helpful, she said she would contact the supervisor and have him call us. Hank called us back and was able to come within 30-45 minutes. He was courteous and professional. He was able to fix the problem within a short period of time and will be back again next week to do

They appear and act professional but their estimate they quoted was well over double (into four figures estimate) what I eventually paid another plumber. When they did bill for their "Free Estimates", they again tried to bill three hours when they spent less than one. They can easily star in a CBC Marketplace bust. Very bad experience and my advise would to just pass on these guys.

I have been using KCs plumbing now for the past several years and they are my go-to plumber. Today Tony came to fix the seal on my toilet. He was very efficient and courteous and did the job quickly. He left the bathroom tidy when he was done and wore his “booties” which is always nice when workers do that. I highly recommend KC’s plumbing if you want the work done well and at an honest price.

I have being using KC's Plumbing for the past 15 years and there is no one I trust more for my plumbing and Heating than KCs. In the past, KC's have been to my house for a water leak, gas pipe install, toilet repair and install and all of which I've never had a problem or had them come back again! they were all fixed right the first time. We have used KC's at least 3 times now. In our old condo for two issues (one which was a shower replacement due to leak and another which was the garburator) and again in our new place when our unit's heating wouldn't turn off.
Each time they've been punctual, courteous, and solved our problem. Back in our old place they were working on something the day I had our new dishwasher delivered. The delivery person said that it wouldn't fit and left me with it telling me I would have to call to get it picked up. The plumber who happened to be solving the shower issue stepped

I was happy with the service, but unhappy with the billing. The plumber was on site for 1.5 hours and we documented that. However, they charged us for 2 hours. They state because of paperwork and setting up/cleaning up. I had specifically asked before the service was dispatched about the charges for time. They said they charge for the time worked. I'm disappointed that such a good experience would turn sour because of trying to charge me extra for "parking and paperwork" which I think is unfair. Booked a hot water tank change. Reception was very friendly and informative. Plumber arrived 1.25h late. Was told there would be no travel time charged but plumber was not aware of this. Called the office to make sure I would not be charged after, but when the invoice came the charge was there. It was removed when I called again about it. The plumber worked at a good pace and seemed to do a good job and was friendly. KC's handled my furnace issue incompetently, with potentially serious carbon monoxide implications. All they want is their money for multiple service calls that didn't fix my furnace where they didn't check carbon monoxide levels.

My parent's hot water tank needed to be replaced, so I headed onto Yelp to look for a place and decided on KC Plumbing because of their fantastic review scores. Servicing things like your hot water tank and furnace aren't exactly regularly occurring things, so user experience reviews play a huge role in who I decide to go with.

What really bothered me is their unprofessionalism.
1) Showed up half an hour late, but charged according to the original scheduled time.
2) didn't bring the appropriate parts for a new install. Left, went to the shop, came back an hour later. Still kept charging me.
3) Next, one technician entered my downstairs and took a huge dump in my toilet, without flushing.
4) Then, they charged me $100+ for a 5 min "additional labour" to repair my upstairs tank part. Didn't tell me it's chargeable. I would have done it myself instead.

I called twice in advance of moving forward with KC Plumbing to review the work that I needed done and I was told that I would be charged a rate of $85/hour. I was told that one plumber would do the work. They ended up sending a plumber and his apprentice. Then they charged me for the apprentice's work.
Classic scam artist play.

I had a clogged bathtub and sink. I tried to fix it myself and made it worse.
The staff members I spoke with on the phone were kind and concise with the initial quote.
The plummer, Craig, and his helper, Chris, were very nice and respectful. They showed up in very good time and finished just as quickly. They explained to me the problem and how it was fixed with detail. They made a small mess and cleaned it. The invoice was well broken down.
I will use KC Plumming again.

So this happened...Someone- not saying who!- accidentally flushed their iPhone down the toilet - I can't even begin to comprehend how one does that! But I digress...
Needless to say it was an all-in unfortunate series of events. However due to the honest hard work and dedication from the technician of K.C. Pluming,an otherwise FML horrendously annoying situation was swiftly resolved.
