Great communications with Red Seal Drainage & Plumbing. The cost for the sewer pipe replacement is reasonable.
The job may have been completed earlier if more than one person assigned to the job.
However, I am very happy with the work Phablo has done.
He is an excellent tradesman with high trade standard, safety and professionalism.
He is very well organized, very well with communications, and with very high quality workmanship.
The job was completed with full cleanup and fully functional.

Kevin was excellent. Upfront and honest about the possible issues that could be causing the problem, as well as the potential solutions that we could try. In the end, he spent nearly 3 hours working to unclog my drain and succeeded — very happy with the end result and service.

I was very happy with the work that Kevin did to solve the blocked drain on our property. He carefully investigated the problem, suggested a reasonable course of action to excavate the drain. Though it wasn't clear at the beginning whether this would work, he was able to remove the old pipe down to 5 feet, which was blocked with roots from a nearby tree, and then unblock and flush the deeper drain so that water flowed freely to the sump. He installed new PVC pipe that should be much easier to maintain in future, and solved a problem that we've had for many years.

He carried out a very detailed inspection and answered all of our concerns in a patient and polite manner. The next day, he sent me a project plan with cost estimate, very efficient! Nice guy and nice services.
