We use our own patented "Pipe Genie" Pipe Bursting equipment for the replacement of existing water line pipes. The existing pipe, once burst, becomes the guide path for the new pipe being installed. This technique bursts the old pipe and in so doing displaces the fragmented old pipe into the surrounding soil.

Hired to come and work on the drainage. After the left and collected payment I saw the water was still plugged. Hired another company to come and found the drainage was not cleaned out. Called asking to get it fixed and redone and was told to piss off. Very rude staff. Should have read previous reviews as I found this company is known for not doing their job.

Got a person to come out to do a quote after calling central office. A simple trenchless water line replacement. They give a written quote and guarantee their work for 25years. Decided to go ahead with the job after another company seemed too shady for me. They came the following week and got it done before their estimated time. Dallas was the guy who replaced the line and was very easy to talk to and his assistant cleaned up before writing up the invoice. I will give them a call for future jobs!

Not sure how good of a job they did at the neighbor's, but they came in a van that was leaking oil, were parked on the street for two days and then just left. Emailed them twice pointing out the issue with the van and regarding cleaning up after themselves. First email was ignored. After the second I was told it will be taken care off but it's been a month now and nothing. Your guess if they fixed the leak on the van.
