I had Alberta Pro Movers move a few things for me on Oct 18th of this year, they were on time but for 15min one of the movers had to tell me about his 3 day party weekend and how he thought he was still drunk. They started wrapping some of the glass from my TV stand, but when loading it on the truck, one of the pieces broke. They noted it on the invoice and said Adam would be in touch with me to have it replaced. It is now Nov 22nd, I have called a few times and sent emails a few times but haven't even received a phone call or email from Adam to discuss it further. Stephanie, their secretary

Very poor move. When the moving van arrived and the back was opened boxes were all over. The movers quickly unpacked. When I started to look at my furniture I immediately noticed my dining room chairs were badly damaged due to the laquer rubbing off with improper wrapping with furniture blankets. I immediately called Adam the customer service representative/mover who to date has not returned my email or calls for over two months Inspite of them acknowledging the damage and having me submit quotes for their repair. I would not recommend this company at all. Stephanie was absolute angel to work with. However, we hired three movers and only 2 showed up. We had moved 90% off the household contents to our garage, a move that was supposed to take 8 hours ended up taking 15 (moved from the Foothills to Medicine Hat) Some of our items received damage in the move. My husband and myself have both tried calling, and emailing Ryan and a month later still nothing. We emailed him copies of the photos as well as quote to have a very expensive sewing machine repaired (the movers claimed they thought it was a suitcase and

Amazing!! We've moved twice with Alberta Pro Movers in the last 8 weeks and had our furniture stored with them too, and we can't say enough great things about their level of service. Our furniture was carefully packed and unpacked, and both of our homes had not a scratch from the moves. Their teams arrived on time, and were extremely efficient while being very friendly and positive. They go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone. Consistently late (two separate occasions June 28 and 30th 2016). Not enough information is requested from the client which leads to unexpected schedule delays. On two separate occasions, the moving company scheduled a morning move that ended up taking double the time. Literally something that is expected for 4 hours took 8/9. By the time the movers get to you they are good to go. Their effort in protecting your furniture is impressive and really appreciated. And they work super fast by utilizing a ramp that extends directly from your house steps to the truck. Overall the service was great but
