Calgary movers Pro showed at my house in August 2021 to move my 4 bedroom belongings to Edmonton. Long story short, furniture was poorly arranged in the truck. Even when they realized they couldn't move everything, they never discussed with us as to what was the priority. Parts of relevant furniture left behind, which made us hire another truck on… the spot for the next day. That aside. When I reached out to them via email about damages, emails went unanswered for 3 days, contrary to the immediate responses I got when I wanted to hire them. Then I called, sent pictures and I was ignored

I'll begin by saying that the 3 guys showed up right on time - off to a good start. There were a few things that had I known...I would have chosen another company. First, I feel the office wasn't clear when providing a quote. I was moving from Cochrane to Calgary and apparently there is an ADDITIONAL 1 hour charge. So...if you have an out of Calgary move - not only will you pay for the time they are actually driving (in this case, 50 mins) - you'll be charged an ADDITIONAL HOUR ($169) - so I paid nearly $300 of "travel time". We used Calgary Movers Pro yesterday for our move from a townhome into a house. We ended up with two fantastic crews led by Richard and Kory. The move was done (in the rain) in three hours. They were quick, kind, professional and super cost effective. Would not go back to hauling our own stuff EVER. Thank you!

Me and my husband have two little babies that are one and 2 ! And we had to direct them on what to do, and help or it would of turned into a5 hour move. I just noticed my dressing mirror that I literally just bought a 2 weeks ago is gone! And they advertise $69.00 , but when you phone them they will tell you that it’s 129.00 an hour . They over… charged us and no one is answering our phone calls now! I’m hoping I can charge them for theft. This is ridiculous. DO NIT HIRE THESE PEOPLE……

Wow! That’s all I can say about these guys! My movers were Ken and Ron and they were amazing. Friendly, courteous and professional service. I told them what my budget was and they quoted me for less than what I was expecting to pay and on top of that, the final cost ended up being even less. They were like machines, they moved my apartment in less than 3 hours, up and down 3 flights of stairs. I highly recommend these guys, I will definitely hire them again for my next move.

Calgary movers pro are very professional. They showed up early and got a jump on the move. They were very energetic and couldnt wait to start. They got our move done in 4 hours. They are willing to move almost anything no matter how heavy or the size. From gun safes to pianos. They will get the job done. I will definitely recommend Calgary movers pro to my friends and family in the future. Especially with the competitive pricing they have. A number of things were damaged and a month later they are still running around. Photos were taken on the day of of the items in the same location but they tried to have excuses for each item. Understandable certain furniture items can't be covered by their policy but perhaps exceptions can be made when the items are dropped, dragged, or the employee is throwing things because he is frustrated with the elevator. When mentioning the concerns I was told it was our fault for not helping... is the motive behind hiring a company not so that my 63 year old mother did not have to lift a dresser.

We had the help from two wonderful gentlemen at 8am. They arrived right at 8am as promised, parked the truck. By 8:50, they had completely moved all our belongings to the truck including a couch, elliptical, patio set, all our kitchen stuff. Our whole move only took 2hrs! Jorge and Darion were efficient, friendly, professional and just really hard working people. We really appreciated all their help to make our move as smooth as possible. We will be referring our friends and family to these guys! Thank you!!!!!!
