Me and my wife had a weekend getaway, stayed here for 2 days and 2 night’s it was a really nice place, it has a beautiful view of Niagara Falls, you can see all the different light colour’s at night. And the room was very nice it smelled clean an had a very comfortable bed, the food was very good to except the dessert, the fruits had a different flavour than I’m used to. But overall really enjoyed the time we had will definitely go back again

Clean and great patient staff. The customer service is top tier. They accommodated my request by upgrading my room to a suite so I could be closer to my family . Now that's what I call service !! Parking is a arm and a leg though but close to all amenities and great view of the falls US side though.

The rooms were dirty for the price I paid. The second tv didn’t work that well. It was over priced for not having the pool opened. And the room service was so expensive for the quality of the food. Like what kind of chef sends out cantaloupe and honeydew melons with yogurt? Lol the room rate listed on the back of the door in the room was $2000, like you wish. Lmaaooooo

Upon arrival check in was quick. Arrived to our room located in the South Tower. Room smelt nice and clean but was cold. Easy fix with adjusting the thermostat and closing the window which was found open. Whirlpool tub had plenty of hot water and was well enjoyed. Attempted to order room service (as no indoor eating options due to covid),the added delivery charge and gratuities made it very expensive and decided found other dining options. Bed was comfortable for the most part.
Downfall was the loud music coming from a room near by that kept us up half the night.

Awesome Hotel to stay at. Me and my Family came here back in 2017 for 2 nights, we got a great view of the Canadian side falls our room was nice and clean. Our beds were comfortable, not hard as a rock our jacuzzi was terrific no problems at all very relaxing. There gym was amazing very clean highly recommend coming here for vacation. We were so satisfied of our room.

Hotel was not super new. There were visible stains on carpets. Everything looked old. The view is really nice though if you get a falls view room. The windows should definitely be cleaned more often if you are charging for a view! The staff were really helpful. There was a miscommunication between the app we booked the room from and the hotel, but the hotel staff helped get it resolved.

The rooms are very small for the price you pay. The view is poor and not at all how it's displayed on any booking website. We paid extra for a king bedroom with a view of the Canadian falls and were given a room with a small square window that was tucked away in the corner. The service is lacking, to have cutlery brought to our room (because our toddler was having a hard time) was $13. The pool is impossible to book and only opens at 4 pm so we weren't able to get in. To top it all off my husband and 1 year old son were stuck in an elevator for 15 mins. The manager was rude and unwilling to help

My boyfriend and I spent 1 night at Hilton Fallsview (26-27 Dec) and that was the first and last time. First of all the rates are not cheap for them to charge $55 for indoor parking and $45 outdoor. The lobby was packed with no social distance nor even an organized line to avoid close contact. We spent almost 45 minutes in line to check in. The 6 elevators were full of ppl all the time (again no social distance), there was no water bottles in the room and when we call service they told is to buy from the vending machine which was out of service. For the reputation and price… we truly expected

Everything was fantastic for our New Year's. The room, the view, the room service and the dinner... The only reason I'm not posting 5 stars was that we had to park 2 blocks away because the garage was full already (and only 1 hour passed check-in), and many guests were just there for the evening. I had to walk that trip several times with a broken toe. I feel over-night guests should be given priority service, we are after all dropping way more $$$ than an evening guest.

Paid for and received the view we were after. Parking was only available outside, but reasonably close and well organized. Room size and furnishings were mediocre considering the price we paid for a premium room. There was no remote for the TV or fireplace and there was garbage from the last guest in one of the drawers. Elevators were insanely slow. Had supper at the Corso restaurant which was lovely, great food and good service. Ultimately, we went for the view, got the view and have no desire to go back.

Ordered breakfast at the facility restaurant. Continental breakfast platter. Described as fresh pastries,… butter croissant and fresh berries. My plate had 3.5 berries on it. Half of an unripe strawberry, two puckered and old blueberries and a tiny sesame sized black thing that I assume was, had it been allowed to grow, a blueberry. when I asked the waitress if these were the berries that were describes in the menu she said yes. I again pointed out that my 22$ plate of pastries included fresh berries. She pointed and said "those are the berries". My husband then asked if we could have a
