Kingsway Towing

I wanted to give a quick shout out to Kingsway Towing Group. This morning I put in a request through AMA for a boost. The gentleman who showed up was very kind and helpful. I put in my request at 430am and my vehicle was running by 530am. Thank you for the excellent customer service and fast response (AMA was saying it would be up to 18hrs with all the calls they were getting).

We did not at all have a good experience with this company.
Unfortunately, after speaking with the Operations Manager and attempting to deal with our issues directly, I was left awaiting a return phone call that never came, have still not been provided with a receipt, and have not received the partial reimbursement that I was promised.

After calling this company at 8pm for a quick tow, we were told that there would be a 1hr wait. At approximately 11:30pm our tow finally arrived and what should have been a quick 1hr job max turned into 2hr charge totalling $262. For a small motorcycle. We kept

Will never use this company, a driver wouldn't let me exit a parking lot. He was driving into the parking lot, when I waved to get him to let me through he charged my car. Now I'm bumper to bumper with him and I had no choice but to reverse into the parking lot to let him in. He wasn't towing anyone at the time. Absolutely unacceptable at driving and being a decent human being.

This is just a shout out to Karl and the dispatchers who treated me with respect and professionalism when I blew my tire out cutting a curb with a metal gutter. Karl is obviously highly experienced and managed to change my tire even though the lug nut was pretty stripped. (Unfortunayely, the original guy who showed up was very new and seemed very unsure of what he was doing. He told me that he couldn't remove the tire due to the lug nut issue and called for a tow before driving off.) Called for a flatbed, standard tow truck arrived 45mins later. Said that I didnt need a flatbed and wanted to tow it anyways. After I requested a flatbed again, one finally arrived.. 1 hours later. Then that driver says that he would need a traffic blocker to block traffic. It was located on a dirt driveway and I can count on one hand how many vechicles have driven by in the last hour. Excellent service. Called for a flat tire at 715 on a Sunday morning and less than 30 minutes from when I called the job was completely done. Very friendly , quick service.

I had to pay them $90 to retrieve my belongings after I totaled my car, and then when I signed over my car to them, they refused to give me my money back. The staff was especially rude and antagonistic.

Woman on the phone working December 21st at 7 pm was completely rude and disrespectful when I talked to her with nothing but kindness and respect. Complete trash this place is. Tow truck didn't even show up when i waited 3 hours. Just don't even bother calling this place.

On October 16, I encountered this truck driver near the Kingsway area. He was driving irresponsibly, almost drove into our lane so we honked at him. This is a company I would avoid at all costs. The drivers that I have met are very friendly and welcoming and very well experience and do their job right.
The issue I have with this company is the new owner Ken. This individual went into the company believing it is a great way to make money without any experience with towing what so ever. He is the most ignorant, childish, disrespectful individual I have ever known. He treats his employees like dirt from what I see second hand ( husband was a former tow truck operator. ) Ken doesn't appreciate the work the employees put out for him to do

We used Kingsway because another towing company (Cliff's) strung us along for several hours making us wait for a tow truck that never arrived...

Called Kingsway and about 15 minutes later they were there with a flatbed truck, and had us towed to the dealership in no time flat.

No damage, no problems. and they were $80 cheaper than Cliff's. I never had the problems other people have had so maybe I was lucky, or they were unlucky.

I got stuck in the snow. I needed to get out. My roadside assist called Kingsway Towing. They estimated 110 minutes. 30 minutes later I called Kingsway Towing to confirm the time as I have seen bad reviews about this company every where on the net. A lady from this company raised her voice and yelled at "Didn't roadside tell you the time??!!!!!" I responded that I just wanted to confirm the time and my vehicle location. She said that it would be whatever time roadside told you in a very mean tone of voice.
