Never used a tow service before but I had a coolant leak and didn't want to start my car to bring to a mechanic. Called and they sent text updates on arrival time. Weather was horrible but the driver, Robert was pleasant and upbeat regardless. Loaded the car really quick. I have no other experience to compare it to but I was pleased with the experience

I was involved in a car accident on the 23rd of November 2021. I was not sure whom to call for towing. Bora towing was driving around and noticed the collision. They stopped by and offer their services. They towed my vehicle away and cleaned the scene of the accident. A day later I went back to retrieve some personal belongings at bora towing storage . Overall, it was great dealing with them. I was in shocked after the accident had occurred. Not sure what to think. They assisted me in getting the paper pictures and document for insurance purposes. There was a lot happening at that moment. Thanks

Called for a tow and said their time was only 40 minute wait which was not bad. i accidentally gave the wrong address so he was a couple of blocks away. when the guy showed up all my car needed was a boost ( i had already tried before calling and it didnt work) but he still charged me 100$. (the cost of a boost was only 69$) when i called the office to confirm this wasn't drivers trying to pocket money from their company the guy on the phone said well we charged the full amount because you gave the wrong address. personally if he said 70$ i would have probably paid and tipped almost to 100& but

Fast, professional, and my vehicle was handled with care. The tow truck driver was great. He listened patiently while I worriedly explained my grand plan to get my battery-dead car started and positioned for loading. Once I was about 75% through talking, it dawned on me that I was basically trying to explain math to a calculus major, but by that point I was committed.. he let me finish, and then did everything in a much faster and simpler way. This guy could tow a house of cards and deliver it in one piece.

Awesome and quick! Had to get my car to the dealership, called Bora and within 30min showed up and hooked up my car with ease. Especially with my car being lowered Adam took extra care and time loading my car on the deck making sure nothing was going to touch or get damaged! Also drove me to the dealer too and had a fun chat!
