This is a nice store with nice and friendly staff. Store is kept really clean. I was given a good price on a new watch.. I have bought a few watches here and the store owner is always willing to give me the best price she can.

I would rate this jewelry store lower than a one star.. I went into Caprice Jewellers on Dec 17, 2019 to buy my grand-daughter a pair of baby earrings. I was looking for a specific kind of earring. I found them at Caprice. They were similar to "Shamballa" earrings. My daughter was looking everywhere for these kind of earrings for her daughter. When I saw them at Caprice I thought I would buy them for my grand-daughter since my daughter had been looking for them. So I bought them, as part of my grand-daughter's First Christmas gift. Had the best customer experience here tonight! Came in for a Mother's Day gift and the sales associates were so attentive and friendly. Please do NOT Waste your money buying "gold " here look at the photos. I bouth a 14k pendant and a few day later i noticed brown spots on it. I went back to ask for an explanation the "owner" acted like she didnt see the brown spots. Just cleaned it for me and still didnt go away. Then i went back another 10 days later ask for an exchange atleast. And the owner did not want to. She would only exchange if for the 18k which i woulve had to pay 100$ more. porfavor NO COMPREN "oro" en este lugar. La dueña es una estafadora. Me vendio" oro" que estaba manchado.
