Our gym opened its doors in 1994 under the original name "Monster Gym."
As the years passed, a more suitable name was chosen, Fitness 365, reflecting the simple fact that WE NEVER CLOSE: we're open and fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (or 366 in a leap year!).

Fitness 365 has come a long way! The renovations make the place so much nicer and bigger. The best staff and good equipment! I’ve never had to wait for a machine for all the years I’ve been coming here. Excellent job with giving all members a bottle and rag to wipe down all the machines because of covid!

Will not be renewing my membership. I have three annual memberships between myself and my immediate relatives. They have also referred along several of their friends. When asked for my water bottle to be filled. The arrogant night staff member (caucasian fellow) gave me a lecture about them charging for water bottles and there is no water water in the gym and no water fill ups because another gym an hour away had a Covid-19 breakout due to this. This is absurd when every other major gym in the GTA has their water fountains running and have had no issues. I understand the new owner has lost $$ from

Love this gym!
Staff is like family and many of the members have been coming for a long time.
People are here to TRAIN, not to waste time on their phones while taking up equipment. Everyone is so approachable and helpful, good community.
Wide variety of equipment and made of good ol' iron.
Open 24hrs with reasonable rates and right off the hwy...what more could you ask for?
Can't wait for them to reopen...gyms are essential!!

I've been a member here for about three or four years, but the gym is fantastic! It's an old school iron weight gym, so those looking for towel service and other pampering goods this isn't the gym. Jason is the new owner, and he has transformed the place. Everything is updated, even the change rooms; the best part is they installed shower rods where you don't have to stand under the showerhead anymore. The members are great people; they clean after there equipment, and COVID-19Covid-19 rules are in effect. It's also 247, which is great.

It’s a decent gym. No frills. The equipment is a little old but works most of the time. The cardio equipment has reached the end of the lifecycle and needs replacing. I like the feel of the old iron and the sound of the plates. The juice/protein bar is pretty good; however, they need to keep up with stock especially what they advertise. Happy to be back! I used to work out here just over a year ago and left for a bit for work reasons, but I'm happy to see all the changes and happy this place is still around. I like the flexibility of them being open 24/7, Staff is friendly, I like the no-frills/no nonsense of this place. Just good people, good staff, good atmosphere.

Not a bad gym for the price. They did finally renovate the men's washroom. The gym itself needs a face-lift. The equipment is out dated but it does the job. What's nice is that all the classes are included in the price which is nice on the wallet no extra fees. Over all it does need a some attention it's not your average gym with all the cardio machines every where. If your looking for strictly weights and plates this is the gym for you. If your looking an upscale gym with more cardio then look else where. Oh yeah and it's open 7 days a week 24hrs a day which is not bad bc a
