After getting all the extra info they asked from icbc. He told me that since my car was an 03 that it would be written off. It has a tiny dent on the rear fender. He hadn't even seen yet. It seemed like he did not want to waste his time on such an old vehicle. I didn't waste his time. Go to craftsman collision

We bought a newish car that had a couple of decent sized door dings that dented the metal and chipped the paint which caused a small bit of rust to start to form. We figured we should get it fixed up asap (since it's still somewhat winter here).
We looked around for some places to get the paint repaired, but nothing really compared to Cactus Collision. Zimmer Auto were somewhat rude with their presentation and I got the feeling like they didn't really care about our business.
