Received excellent service from all the employees. James was especially helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was fully informed on all aspects. The lady receptionist was the friendliest I have ever dealt with when it comes to auto shops. My car looked brand new when they were finished. Highly recommend!

When my car took over 3 months and still wasn't fixed properly, Scott at R&S came to my rescue!! If T- boned in an intersection wasn't enough, ins co took 7 wks to approve, then the shop it was at screwed up with to much to note here. Scott took 1 look at it and said I will take care of it. Offered a courtesy car when I didn't have one for 3 months. Excellent service, great work and genuine care of their customers.

I want, thru this review, to thank again to R&S Auto Body, to the amazing people that work there and to Scott the owner for the great work they did on my car. I went there to fix a minor hit and run dent on my car. When I was about to go pick up my car I found out that they also fixed another scratch on my car at no extra cost. I would totally recommend them.

Deer strike nearly wrote off my classic yota. I gotta give it to em, those guys brought my baby back to life for a great price. I didn't even shop around as the atmosphere was awesome, first quote very fair and the loner car was a great little unit.
Not only that but these guys came out below their initial quote.
They worked wonders on my 32 year old Toyota and I will be forever thankful.
I would recommend RS very highly.

It took me 6 hour to clean the inside of my car as they were too lazy to use their air compressor to at least blow out dust. Not sure how paint will last as they did NOT even wash car before doing work, as deer hair still on car. Do Not trust them with you vehicle. :( I have used this company 5 separate times in the past. Last 2 times in their service level has dropped to rock bottom.
