Givin the difficulties with logistics and the weather mishaps going on in the province of BC these guys were very transparent and east to deal with and still got the repairs done in a realistic and timely fashion. They have a very nice and welcoming store front and wouldn't go anywhere else in Kamloops after experiences with other body shops in town. Top notch service

I was very happy with their customer service. Kale was very informative, friendly and helpful and has a great attitude. When I went to pick my car up it was fixed wonderfully and there were two other guys to help me. They were also friendly and helpful. I would recommend dans collision to anyone.

Dan's just did an Intact insurance claim repair on my car - wonderful to work with start to finish. Greg and the other gentlemen that worked at the front were super easy to talk to and deal with on the phone and in person. They got me an estimate appointment and booked in for repairs very quickly, a lot quicker then I expected. The repairs look great and the amount of work done was over and beyond what I expected. Very disappointed with the service. Dan's was highly recommended from a few friends but no such luck with the referral.
I brought them my truck in and they said the claim would be processed in a day or two... A week later and they hadn't even done the estimate. I understand things get busy but a little communication goes a long way. I called in to cancel and they didn't even sound concerned that I was bringing my truck somewhere else.
