Losing a parent is a difficult and at times, an overwhelming life event. Martin Brothers Funeral Services are to be commended for the compassion and professionalism bestowed upon us. After the initial consultation we decided to have funeral cards made. The card created reflected care and attention to hear and understand words spoken during grief. This keepsake truly honored our Dad by including words and images that celebrated his life. The children of Neville Murrin thank Martin Brothers Funeral Services for their kindness and support.

My father's service was held at Martin Brother's Funeral Chapel in March of 2011 and we were extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism displayed by the staff.
My mother sadly passed away in June of 2021. Heartbroken for the second time, we returned to Martin Brothers to plan a beautiful and well deserved service in her honor.
Lisa was our funeral director and she was compassionate, considerate, gentle and extremely personable. (Lisa is someone whom our family would want to stay in touch with). She made a most difficult day bearable for all of us.

Martin Brothers was the funeral home that my mom Susan Hurlbut wished to go when she passed away. That decision was made about 7 years ago. Knew a few people that had chosen Martin Brothers to do their funeral services.
The experience I had with Martin Brothers was excellent with Sandy ,Shelly as well as the gentlemen who came to collect her from our home. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and gave a us a Great Day for Susan's memorial service. I think Susan would have been very pleased with the service we received. Martin Brothers took care of everything. I liked that they used

From the moment I walked through the door, Lisa Shimozawa made me feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. She was extremely compassionate and made the painful process of saying goodbye to my mom under the added difficult circumstances with Covid restrictions as easy as possible. She made herself available anytime for questions and she communicated and followed up quickly. From the added personal touches, like asking what mom’s favourite flowers were and including them on her memory card, to the beautiful memorial display at the front of the chapel, and the wonderful job live-streaming the service

My dad Steven Williams died April 2021. Martin Bros staff had previously helped my parents pre-plan (and pre-pay) their funerals. This made the process upon my dad's death so very easy. We found Sandy and Shelly to be very compassionate and professional in their help. I highly recommend Martin Bros Funeral Home and their staff.

Our experience with Martin Brothers has been outstanding. Sandy was so compassionate and answered all our questions, even arranging a last-minute viewing that we requested. Shelley was also incredibly helpful with walking us through all the details that have to be done after a death, that the family would not necessarily know how to do. We are so thankful for their professionalism, compassion and competence. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Genuine staff, step by step help and an experience to help ease the pain and suffering when you lose a loved one. Martin Brothers I thank you.
My experience with Martin Brothers started when my mother had very little time left with us. I initially called Martin Brothers to ask a couple of question and perhaps schedule an appointment to discuss the different option of cremation. I spoke with Sandy. Not only did Sandy answer my questions, over the phone, in the most respectful and helpful manner but also offered for me to stop by and pick up some literature that could help me prepare and answer
