At our Main Street dental clinic located in North Winnipeg, which has been up and running since 1978, we focus on giving you the best possible dental experience. Our dentists perform all procedures in our newly renovated facility using medical technology and sterilization techniques that are at the very cutting edge of the field.
Dr. Sposob received his B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg in 2009. He went on to the University of Manitoba to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2013 from the Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Sposob graduated on the Dean's Honour List and received several awards for high standing in various dentistry disciplines.
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and state-of-the-art dental care. We understand that you, or your child, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist; you are not alone, and our practice puts forth an extra effort to make sure that you are comfortable and happy every time you visit our practice.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact our doctors provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.

This is the only dentist office I have gone to since I was a kid, I used to see Dr. Boyko until he retired. This time was only a scaling appointment but when I do get a checkup it is with Dr. Spozob, and he is SO great! Not only does he always make me feel like he really cares, but he has helped me tremendously with repairing the look/health of my teeth after not taking care of them when I had braces. I am super happy he’s my dentist.
For cleaning I often see Leanne, who was my hygienist again for this particular visit, and she is wonderful. She does such a thorough job, remembers who I am which

All of the staff are exceptional. The receptionists are kind, respectful, and always attempt to be accommodating (e.g. when rescheduling appointments). They take the time to ask how you are and are very welcoming. Dr. Sposob, Dr. Lavoie, and their team, consistently demonstrate a client-centred approach. They provide an excellent and professional level of care and do a great job being mindful of all details. It was a positive experience right when I stepped through the door. The receptionist was friendly, and my time in the waiting room was very short. When I got in I had a nice Window view of the Main Street. Hygienists were professional and friendly, and my teeth were cleaned up in a jiffy. Dr. Tom was very friendly and approachable, well spoken, while fairly humourous when the appropriate time came. Professional and easy-to-get-along-with staff, along with a great location, and good free parking availability. 32 clean teeth out of 32.
