I called the evening before I wanted my bouquet delivered and asked if I still had time to place an order for the next day. The lady said, yes, please place your order online. I ordered a small purple bouquet for my daughter's birthday and it was delivered the next day as promised. I was at her place a few days later and was surprised at how big the small bouquet is! And the colours of the flowers were so beautiful, it was absolutely stunning! I was very impressed by the quality and my daughter loved them. Will definitely be using Flowers of the World again!

I cannot recommend Flowers Of The World Enough. I was in a bit of a hurry, and needed flowers reasonably fast. I met Liana and she couldn’t be more helpful with understanding my needs, and the occasion for what I needed the flowers for. It took just minutes for what looked like a masterpiece and I can honestly say that it did just the trick. Thank you so much Liana, I’ll certainly will be back for more.

Best experience ever! I was worried I had missed the cut off to buy flowers for my mom's birthday. But Flowers of the World filled my order and quickly put together one of the most beautiful (and fragrant) arrangements ever! Not only that, they delivered them same day. THANK YOU THANK YOU! I haven't been able to see my mother since the onset of the pandemic (she lives in Toronto and I live in Los Angeles). Having such beautiful flowers delivered on her birthday was very meaningful for us both.

What a wonderful florist! I called in a panic when another florist I had ordered from called at noon of the day the order was to be delivered for a birthday to tell me that a) they didn't have the flowers I ordered and b) they couldn't deliver them that day - the actual birthday! In a panic I called Flowers of the World and within 10 minutes I had talked to a lovely accommodating woman, who's taken my order, processed it and was rushing to get the order on the truck that was leaving the business soon. My friend sent me pictures of the flowers and Oh My Gosh, far exceeded my expectations, the bouquet

I ordered the most GORGEOUS bouquet I have EVER ordered from this store last week, and just had to leave a review to rave about it!! The flowers were for a friend who became the new owner of a nearby store, and I wanted to make sure the bouquet was tied up nicely (I had recently had a negative experience with a flower shop who had wrapped a bouquet so haphazardly that I was embarrassed to give it to the recipient). I was anticipating my order being good due to the excitement of the person who I spoke to on the phone. I was beyond pleased with the arrangement that was sent. The best bouquet I have ever ordered. I’m so… used to the disappointment of not getting what was advertised or getting an arrangement that doesn’t come close to the value I expected for my money. I love this flower shop! The quality and variety of flowers is excellent. But what I like the most of this shop is the service and the people that work there - who are very nice and helpful. Lianna is amazing and so creative. I recently got flowers for my mom, and she absolutely loved it! Will always come back, and highly recommend this shop.

Late this morning I purchased a floral arrangement for a family member in Toronto. The arrangement I saw online was lovely but had red roses among other colours. I did not desire any red in the collection and called the florist to request if she could substitute for other colours.
She was readily accommodating and very kind.
This evening my family member in Toronto was delivered a beautiful floral expression of my love from Vancouver. (She sent me a photograph and I am delighted).

Just received a delivery of Valentine's roses from Flowers of the World. I was so excited to pick up the flowers from my concierge but my heart sank the moment I saw them. The pedals are creased and withered on pretty much the whole 2 dozens of roses. The pale pink pedals are yellowed, and wrinkled. Some of the pedals are falling off, one of them with hole on it. And these are not just the protective outer layer pedals, they go all the way to the centre. One of the most accommodating and understanding florists in and around Yonge and Eglinton. Needed a special customised bouquet of 35 red roses. She not only made sure the bouquet is beautifully arranged, but also chose the freshest bunch of roses and added extra decorations to make it worth the occasion. Thank you for making the event a lot more special with your brilliant service.

Called at 11:40am weekday and needed to deliver flowers by the evening same day to Eglington/Bathrust area. Website clearly states that orders placed by 1pm are guaranteed to be delivered same day. Glad I called. Lady on the phone told me that they are "done for the day", delivery person is "gone for the day". She added that Eglington/Bathrust is also "too far" (everybody in the area knows it's 10min from Yonge to Bathrust".... I chose different florist and there was absolutely no problem. Avoid this place.

The flowers I ordered for my sister-in-law were amazingly gorgeous! I talked to the owner on the phoned for 1/2hr from Edmonton, Alberta. She really explained the fresh flowers she had available and what she would like to incorporate into the arrangement. It was a little hard to imagine exactly what to expect, but when I saw what she had made, I… was extremely impressed. The comments from my sister-in-law, when she received them was over the top. Thank you "World of Flowers" owner Liana, for all your help in making this gorgeous arrangement. It did indeed brighten up her day!

Although I can appreciate Valentine's Day is a VERY busy day for a florists, one would think they would have a grip on HOW busy a day it can be. That being said, I wasn't miffed with the fact that they were only delivered just before 5, on the Friday, it was the fact that I called and they gave me the impression it would "most likely" be delivered to her by 3.
