Anson Orthopaedic & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic is run by a team of highly qualified professionals. We all work hard to serve you and meet your needs. Lori graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from SFU and then went on to UBC to complete her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy in 1993.
We will work with you to address your mobility, strength, flexiblity, pain control, proprioceptive and balance! Is Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Great West Life, Desjardins, Green Shield, Standard Life or SSQ Financial, Manulife, Chamber of Commerce your extended benefits provider? We can direct bill these providers.
I am extremely happy with the way I am recovering at Anson. My shoulder ache has reduced to almost no pain at all. Jodhpreet Sekhon is a caring and informative therapist and his guidance has helped me heal faster. Also, the staff at Anson is so welcoming and accomodating; my visits at Anson are always pleasant.

I think I have finally found my physiotherapist! I visited the clinic with acute lower back pain that also caused some nerve pain shooting down my legs. Karma identified the issue right away and suggested IMS and laser therapy on top of some manual therapy and stretching exercises. He will take time to listen to your concern and try his best to find the right treatment plan for your lifestyle and preferences! After only three sessions (IMS and laser) my back pain is almost gone and range of motion to my back is 100% back! I highly highly recommend Karma!! :)

I have been going for 5 weeks. The first 3 sessions was ordinary treatment. Karma talked to me about dry needling, and Nadine suggested I try it too. I just had my 2 session with Karma, wished I had done it right away. It is amazing how much better I am. Don’t even feel the needles going in. Little bit of discomfort but so much better than elbow in the muscle..lol. I recommend that everyone should try dry needling if it is offered for you. Karma you are the best!

The physiotherapist at Anson are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Both Jode and Dee are very friendly and make you feel at ease. I suffer from lower back problems and they really take the time and energy to ensure a full recovery. Currently having treatment post skiing accident and have every faith in them that I will be back on the slopes in no time at all.! Ps: Must not forget the very helpful front office staff.

Family-friendly physiotherapy clinic run by sweet, genuine people! Linda is fantastic to work with and all of the therapists are really focused on making patients feel better through whatever method is necessary. The atmosphere is positive and secure, with private rooms for patients rather than just curtains. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an alternative approach to pain relief through safe and natural methods!

Started coming to Anson Physio after a car accident a couple of years ago. Went back last year after being rear ended. Lori does wonders. She always seems to find the sore spots without being told. She's got… magical hands. I go to her clinic for a power snooze and my few minutes of peace and quiet. Rest of the staff are awesome too. Highly recommend this clinic.
