I needed physio after acl reconstructive surgery on my knee. I was lacking proper extension and flexion. When I went in, the physiotherapist was innatentive to the point where he would ask me questions about my pain and walk out of the room as I was answering them. I made an appointment with a different physiotherapist the next week and was treated like my rehabilitation actually mattered. I wouldn’t be writing a review if I didn’t think this place was completely unprofessional. $85 isn’t cheap, but there are places where it is worth it and places where it isn’t. I went to Harmony when I thought my pain would always be with me. After treatment, not only I don't feel any pain, I've learned the suitable exercises to strengthen my muscles and support my joints.

Well, this review is coming straight from inside the house :) . I worked as a physiotherapist there for a little over an year. This is so far the best place that i worked in, never felt more good. The staff is very supportive and cooperative. They take good care of their patients.
Receptionist is very knowledgeable and friendly.
I would not only recommend this place for people to check for physiotherapy but also recommend other physio's to work there at some point and feel the difference.

Terrible service. After an administrative error on their end they charge me 50$ (said they would confirm an appointment with me as they had to check and see if the therapist was available) then never called me back to confirm. then said I never showed up. Then when I bring up the fact that the previous appointment the therapist was 45 min late she calls me a liar and starts laughing. I ask to speak to a manager. She says I'm the owner. Such a shame for the therapist practicing in this clinic as they are good at what they do but with such poor management it's a real shame. I will tell everyone I

I went to Harmony for treatment after being rear ended in an automobile accident. I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. They had a genuine concern for my health and recovery and made sure I was comfortable during my visits. Vida, the physiotherapist was very knowledgeable zeroing in on the pain and was also gentle with the acupuncture needles. Thank you Vida! I took my 9-yrs old son there. The first visit set a great tone for the entire course of treatment. The physiotherapist took time to listen carefully to his problems .She did a thorough assessment of his condition and developed a course of treatment which eventually resulted in less pain. My boy has also developed more physical strength. Thanks to Vida!
The office personnel are kind and respectful. Clinic has a very warm and welcoming environment. Great location as well .Never had an issue finding a parking spot.
