I purchased a package from Elle Cuisine in October for a Bachelorette weekend. The food and presentation far exceeded our expectations!
We purchased the dinner package for 4-6 (for 6 people), which was more than enough for 6 people... we had leftovers for some to take home!
The packaging and instructions made it a breeze to reheat & the food quantity and quality was incredible! Everyone went up for seconds and there were still leftovers!
We ordered the:
- Carpaccio di Manzo
- Italian Burrata
- Braised Beef Short Rib
- Whole Flattened Chicken

One of the most important parts of our wedding was the food and elle cuisine did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal– my only regret is that I didn’t eat more of it! We had multiple guests tell us that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and the rave reviews keep coming. We cannot thank elle cuisine enough for how amazing everything was (the food, the staff and the service) - thank you elle cuisine!

Our first time using Elle Cuisine for catering and was recommended by a friend for their services. We decided to order the food, get it delivered and serve ourselves. The food came perfectly packaged and instruction sheet was easy to follow! So simple. Best part was: the incredible taste with all the food. We had: arugula salad with squash and fried goat cheese balls, crab cakes, salmon, braised beef, ratatouille, mushroom risotto, mac and cheese and sticky toffee pudding! Ellecuisine recently catered our 12 person private dinner and did an absolutely amazing job. From the seamless planning process with Dena and Wimela through to the expertly crafted dishes by Dale and Melissa. We had 6 different hors d’hoevres and a 4 course meal each better than the last! Absolutely love Chef Lauren Mozer & Elle Cuisine - the food and presentation is divine (braised beef short rib) and the full service is friendly professionally and top notch. Elle Cuisine catered a full dinner service for our daughter's bat mitzvah in 2015 and I had been looking ever since for the next celebratory occasion... which turned out to be this year during Passover and the pandemic. Lauren & team saved the day, and safely delivered the whole Passover dinner (matzo ball soup, gefilte fish) with all the seder plate fixings. Elle Cuisine is the best. This Christmas I decided to cater the holiday meal so I can spend less time cooking. I chose Elle because I loved their menu selection and the pricing was reasonable given the number of items. Ordering and pick up was very straight forward. There was one item missed and they delivered it to my home the next day.
The portion sizes were very generous and the heating/preparation instructions were straight forward. The taste was amazing! I especially loved the French onion soup, mushroom risotto and sticky toffee pudding. I will definitely consider ordering from Elle in the future.

We took the gnocchi virtual cooking class with chef Lauren Mozer herself and it was stellar. Top quality fresh ingredients were delivered the day prior - the box included even the 'pinches of salt' needed for the recipes. During the live lesson, Lauren patiently taught us to make gnocchi, tomato sauce, ricotta cheese and Parmesan crisps - all from scratch. I can’t believe we learned so much

We used Elle Catering for a private dining for two as well as a party for our father's 75th birthday and they were fantastic. From discussions and organization leading up to the event, to the presentation of the food, the taste of the food - everything was excellent. The food was outstanding and the staff fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful. They left my house at then end of the night spotless. All the guest raved out the presentation of the dinner as well as the taste. Look forward to using them again.

I used Elle Catering last night for my 70th birthday where I had about 40 people. In all my years I have never enjoyed a catered affair more. The food, each and everything we ate were out of this world, perfect and so beautifully presented, everyone agreeded. I had at least 7 calls today and they all raved about the food and wait staff. I gave… out about 5 business cards of Elle’s last night, people were asking me for them. My party was perfect and a huge part of that was the food and staff. My hats off to Elle and I would highly recommend them!! They are the BEST.

I've found my match I organize so many events for my company but no other caterer comes close when it comes to incentive menus, delicious food, superior service and fabulous decor design. Your event is truly in the most capable hands with Lauren and her team. They saved us from certain disaster at our holiday party thanks to another vendor pulling out last minute on us. The staff is just as high in caliber with a great sense of professionalism and the ability to adapt to all circumstances... Such as cooking outside in winter when the inside fire alarm goes off!
The true test of any caterer, however, is how event guests react to the food. I can't count how many times guests have said "This food is amazing... Who's the caterer ?!?"
