We had such a great experience all around from start to finish with Joe and his sales team plus his installers, Carlos and his team, as they had just finished laying almost 5000 square feet of laminate flooring in our basement.

We got new carpets from Riviera. The experience working with Peter and his team, from picking a product, pricing it out and having it installed was simple and seamless. I had all my questions answered and was able to choose Riviera as my vendor with complete confidence and was most definitely not disappointed. I highly recommend anyone looking for new flooring go with Riviera. They take the time to make sure you are making an informed decision and do fantastic work. We shopped around because it was a LOT of floor covering. we found the best quality here for almost nothing more than everyone else's 'average' quality. they were patient throughout, even held it for us while repairs were delayed by more than 2 months! Install was outstanding, on date arranged, great underpad, completed on time and left clean as a whistle. Kudos to their team. hightly recommended
