Amazing service! Got our truck and trailer stuck in the snow on Christmas Day. Ben and Ernie both responded within the hour and were kind and efficient. Rates were very reasonable, especially given the service and how they ensured we not only got out of where we were stuck but made sure we got up the hill and off safely. Thank you for saving our Christmas!!!

This company has the exclusive towing contract with the Abbotsford police and therefore get to charge exorbitant daily storage, surcharges for hook up, drop off, fuel, environmental, Km's and anything else they can get you for. If you can use any other towing company do it, these guys work for "Big Brother"!!!

Staff are efficient and respectful. While I was at their office a disgruntled customer was there and I witnessed their professionalism first-hand. While I did not fully understand the disgruntled customer's issue, the staff handled the situation in a calm and collected way. It's great to see that some businesses still provide exceptional customer service no matter the circumstances. I believe the golden rule still very much applies today especially amongst folks being frustrated by COVID-19 measures still in place or being on opposing sides of getting vaccinated. It's a business. There to make money off of other people's disasters. They are all about the money, and don't care about customers, except that they pay. Quality customer service doesn't exist.
If you need a towing company to serve a contract, they may be okay, but I wouldn't call them unless I had no other choice.

After a motor vehicle accident in Abbotsford my car sustained damage to the front driver side. My vehicle was with Jack's for a week before they brought it to our auto body shop. To my horror when I went in to get set up to see substantial damage to the drivers side rear bumper, quarter panel , and the passengers side front tire and rim. Broken pieces with glass were thrown into the back seat and a piece of the car did not show up at all.. it was attached still when it was picked up but went missing along the way. So far they have not taken any responsibility for the damage they caused. Its a brand

I called at about 12:30 at night and a driver was able to get where I was within half an hour which was great but after that everything went downhill. The driver that picked up my truck accidentally broke my coolent hose but he offered to replace it as soon as he got paid. So I left my key with the tow truck driver and went on my way but I soon realized that I had left my apartment keys in my vehicle. I called back to try to see if we could find out where the driver was going to put the key once he dropped it off but the lady on the phone was absolutely no help and after asking the same question
