Dwane at F&W Towing is an absolute life saver! He has towed a broken down vehicle for us twice now and is very reasonably priced. The first time he actually fixed another company’s job as they left the truck in the middle of the roadway. Dwane is incredibly quick and so kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend F&W Towing! :)

I was driving on Yarrow Central Road ,towards Abbotsford ,where I live . Suddenly I hit something and I’ve lost all my oil .I damaged my oil pan ! I’ve decided to call a tow truck company and I saw on Google ,F&W Towing ,with excellent reviews! The person who answered (I do apologize,I forgot the name 😬),was very polite and friendly ,and after I… told him where I am ,he told me that the driver ,Ernie ,will be there in 1 hour !Actually he arrived earlier then 1 hour ! Ernie was amazing and everything went really well ! Very kind and helpful! Very fair pricing as well

I had locked my keys on my car. I had my 4yr old with me and it was cold and snowy. I was put ahead of a few other callers. They to a bit longer than the 30mins I was told but it was day after it showed. They were very busy. The driver was very polite and friendly. Best part is they have portal debt machine which mafe it very handy.
I will use them again and recommend them.

Thank you F&W. The lady that answered the phone was so lovely. She advised me the driver would be here in about 30min.....AND HE WAS!
The drive had the vehicle opened lickety split, they were able to take pretty much any kind of payment and I got my receipt right away. The driver ( sorry didn't get his name) was so nice!

F & W Towing Ltd SAVED MY CAR FROM ANY POSSIBLE FLOOD DAMAGE!!!
not only did they Toe my car into safety promptly! they had to enter a flood zone which was restricted from anyone not first responder and fought to get my car out!! with the call to reason our local police aloud them to save my car! they could of said no and just went and did other jobs as the flood has many other people who need their help! but they saved my car. I am so greatful! Aaron. THANK YOU!!!

We popped our tire driving home to Alberta, and locked our keys in the truck while trying to get the popped tire off. Called J&W and Frank arrived within 20 minutes and we were back on the road 20 minutes after that. They even recommended a tire place to get the tire patched so we can get home. Highly recommend. Super professional. Frank’s the real MVP.

They were fast and effective! Got the car from Abbotsford to Langley quick and safe! A big relief to get the car towed and to a shop! He was very friendly and relatable, my bf really enjoyed the quick chats they had. He made sure everything was safely attached and even took a look under our hood to see if there's unseen issues. Unfortunately our car wasn't running but thanks to them we were able to get it to where it needed to go.

Brandon and Frank were amazingly professional and supportive. I hit the ditch just after Abbotsford on the highway 1 and didn't know what to do but called them and I'm glad I did. They told me what to expect and arrived in 15 min just like they promised. I was still in a bit of shock but they gracefully took gentle control and worked with the Police. When I phoned they had informed me that rush hour events like mine don't normally get picked up till 9pm because of safety reasons but they were still willing to see if they police would allow them to do it this time. I called for a Tow based on facebook reviews. Ive used other companies and never had exceptional service but My experience with Frank was amazing. He went above and beyond, and was so pleasant and nice. Price was very reasonable for a tow from Abby to Chilliwack. The tow truck was very clean and super comfortable. I will always call you when I need. Frank is a true asset to your business.
