The brakes on our Suburban gave out on the highway just before Mt. Lehman Rd. We called a few towing companies but they had no one available. One gave us Kirpal's number so we called and he was on site with a flatbed within probably 15 minutes. He knew exactly what we needed, diagnosed the problem, towed our truck to his garage and fixed the brake line. Then he fixed the OTHER brake line which gave out while we tested the truck in his yard. He gave us bottles of water, even joked around with the kids. He was very calm and kind during an extremely stressful situation. He showed us everything he

Blew out my tire on the highway. Gurk and Charlie got to me very quickly, and went above and beyond. Towed me to one tire store to find out they didn't have the right size, so free of charge towed me to another store and got me in and out of there within 20 minutes. Completely professional, and very kind people. 10/10 would recommend, best towing experience I've had.

This is the ONLY company you should call! PERIOD! Last month I had a flat tire in Abbotsford. I was at the beginning of a five hour journey home. I pay a monthly subscription for towing via a well known provider. They arranged for another local towing company (not MSA) to help me and they didn’t even turn up. Over 4 hours and a few desperate calls later - I was still waiting. Their excuse was that they didn’t have a jack? Can you believe it? A towing company with no jack.
I found MSA Towing via Google. Thankfully, they had amazing reviews.

Unbelievably fantastic service! I have used this company for multiple tows locally and long distance. I called and asked them to help out while I was in a tight situation with delivering some lumber last minute to a work site, I had no idea they were able to provide services like this outside of towing! The driver provided fast, quality service for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to everyone for any hauling needs.
