Honestly, I don't usually want to leave a bad review. The place is huge and has a lot of product, but the service was not good. You would think the energy would be different but no. I asked for help I was looking for something and basically was told is there and the person walked away š. I was there looking for another 15 minutes and not ones I was asked if I had everything I was looking for. Anyways that's that.

I didnt know much bout jewelry making but my first visit in this store i was soo amazed at the beads that I bought beads first then went home to go on YouTube and figure out how to make my first beaded necklace and matching braclet set... The customer service is optimal and encouraging... I'm there every week and getting ready to launch my own online store..

There was an issue with an order we placed online. The owner very promptly contacted us and offered several different ways to sort out the issue, including recommendations for similar products.
When we called her back with further refinement of the order, she promptly adjusted the order for a third time.

I have been waiting for an order for over 2 weeks. I emailed and keep getting excuses about the CA postal service. I order another item from another CA company in the same region after the one above and have received it already. Now she wants me to wait another week for a refund of 7.55 US dollars and states they do not pay for a service for lost packages and denies that it might be lost. She also gave me incorrect info about PayPal making currency conversions. The credit card does this.

I love this place. It has a large variety if beads and beading supplies and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They have the largest assortment of the beads I need, Delica beads, than anywhere else in a large area. They save me from having to order my beads online. They also have a points system where you can earn free gift certificates for spending money there.
