I don’t go “in person” to my Bank often, but was in yesterday. The employee who served me recognized me because of my custom pendant that Michael Smiley made for me! The employee had commented when I was in the branch (over a month ago), and at the time told me my pendant was very beautiful and unique. I thought about that comment all day today, and how truly amazing Michael is to create jewellery that is so special. Thank you, Michael - you are a true craftsman!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Michael Smiley Fine Jewellery! I went in to consult about an engagement ring, and Michael took the time to show me different diamonds and explain clarity, cut, etc. while sketching custom options that could be done. The finished product was nothing short of perfection, and he provided me updated throughout the crafting process. Most importantly, my fiancee loves it!

Michael helped to save my ring! A month before my wedding my engagement ring broke and he was able to fix it promptly. He was very friendly and explained the repair process in detail. I LOVE my ring now almost more than when I got it. He also designed a beautiful wedding ring for my husband. 10/10 would recommend visiting his store. Excellent customer service.

My engagement ring band had broken a few years ago and I hadn’t prioritized getting it fixed. So glad I waited and took a friends recommendation to have Michael redesign my ring. He took the time to listen and envision what I wanted. He then provided several sketches of designs I had described. The finished product literally brought tears to my eyes! To see my new ring that incorporated the original design left me speechless and so happy! Thank you Michael for the beautiful ring and the many years of enjoyment to come! ❤️

Had a ring designed and made by Michael using stones from one of my late moms special rings. My fiancé came to Michael Smiley in 2018 to have my engagement ring designed and created. Michael is well known to us as a local jeweler and also an active member in Kempenfelt Rotary. My fiancé proposed in August 2018 and without ever sharing exactly what I would have wanted, the ring I was proposed to with was precisely that. A thin white gold band of diamonds with a princess cut centered in the middle. Not only is my engagement ring the most beautiful ring I have ever seen but the size fit perfectly and did not require re-sizing. I later learned that Michael knew my size as he had met me prior

When I first decided to redesign my Grandmother's engagement ring into a ring of my own I met with several jewellers to compare price and visions. The majority of places I went simply asked what I wanted the finished product to look like then promptly said "we can't do that". Michael, on the other hand, got a feel for my vision then explained to me… how he could incorporate materials from my grandma's ring into the design. The finished product is more than I could ever dream of! Thank you Michel and Emily for everything over the last several months!!!
