Number of rooms with furniture in your home (including garage, shed, storage spaces, etc.) Had made arrangements yesterday for these guys to be at my home for 8am this morning. They were right on time and did an amazing job. The items I had them move were very heavy and solid wood. Even though they were doing all the work it was myself with an unnecessary stress headache at the end of it all, lol.

Josh and his Team moved my parents from Thorold, ON to Palmerston ON. They showed up on time and ready to work. They loaded and unloaded in a timely fashion and without any damages while staying professional from beginning to end. There were no hidden fees and they had competitive pricing. We had a 4 hour delay in getting the keys to the new house and there were no complaints from Josh or his Team. I had previously used JR moving services and was very pleased. We had to move our date several times and they accommodated all the changes which I appreciated. They showed up on time on the worst day of the… winter. Everything started well, until no carpets for floors, therefore covered in snow and salt, left book case unassembled. They could not get a couch upstairs from the basement which they had moved on a prior move. Accused me of lying, stating that I probably forget that I had made renovations and that’s why the couch would not go up the stairs. I had to go to a neighbour&rsquo

When I was looking for a mover, I left messages with about 4 or 5 other companies and when I called Josh, he was the first person to actually answer his phone. I gave him a short summary of my complicated move, and he put me at ease immediately. I was selling a cottage north of the city and some stuff would have to go into a storage unit, with the rest coming to my house. In few weeks prior to the move, Josh assisted me and very patiently helped me figure out all the details, right down to whether we could fit shelves in the storage unit or not. Moving can be difficult and I was very pleased with the services of JR Moving. When I called, Josh came to our home to clarify what we needed to move and how long it would take. His quote was better value than other companies and his analysis of the time it would take was very accurate. We are seniors, and Josh and his crew did an excellent job of moving our furniture to our new condo. They moved our belongings safely and efficiently and put them exactly in place for us. His team was friendly and helpful. I would certainly use his service again in the future.

We just moved to a new location and used the the sevices of JR moving company. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company. Josh and his crew did an excellent job. They made 2 trips to move our stuff. I was very impressed the way they handled our boxes and furniture. All goods were moved with great care with no scratches and nothing was damaged. Extremely unprofessional. Website shows reviews but there is no place to write one (fishy). Movers showed up 4 hours late. No Uniforms, no furniture or floor protection. I was moving a few pieces of antique furniture from a storage locker 5x8 mostly empty in Port Colborne and one room in Welland, small boxes and a dresser. I was charged almost… $800 (the exact amount of discretionary funds I had allowed by odsp) and when the movers arrived in welland they said they wanted an extra $200 because there were more boxes than they expected there to be.
