The service provided by this dealership was unacceptable, displeasing, shameful and very disturbing.
I booked an appointment with this dealership for 10:15AM. I arrived at 10:03AM.
I was served by Michael After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes , I went to inquire about the status of my SUV. After waiting for about 5 minutes I was told they didn’t get time to work on your car and around 12PM ie after sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours I was handed the keys back to go home,
Michael assured me that the manager will call you and we will reschedule an appointment. I waited for hours

I have dealt with many automobile sales consultants in my life but David Oommen is the best. I think I can read people pretty well, and David is one of those rare breed of sales people who really are honest and sincere; the kind of guy who you know is really on your side. He responds quickly and conscientiously to questions, phone calls and text messages. I especially appreciated the fact that, after the papers were signed and the money was paid, he took the time, in very cold weather, to explain and demonstrate all the myriad features of the car I bought. You can't go wrong with David.

I recently had the situation of my winter tires gone MIA in storage with Toyota. After a couple of days of looking for them the Service Manager, David, advised me that they would be replaced with a new set of better quality at no charge for anything rather than making me wait for any further investigation of where they might be. I found this to be the ultimate of customer service and am very grateful to him and all the very helpful staff at this dealership! Thank you!

Toyota dealer all were very friendly mainly the two that looked after us. Our sales lady HUMA and our Financial rep Ryan was very helpful in different ways that I have to say I really appreciate what he did for me. When we went out to pick up truck HUMA sat in the driver seat and I sat in the passenger seat and HUMA went over all the details about this truck that I never had from other dealers. I have to say I would go back again if I had to buy another vehicle because how good they were with me
