During this hour, we will guide you through the Warm Up, Strength component, Conditioning, and Cool Down. The coach will be there to motivate and teach proper technique in a positive and safe environment.

My husband has been working out at workhorse (or through zoom alternatives during lockdown) for 2 years as of yesterday. The transformation is amazing. Today I signed up to begin my journey. Bobby really listens to what you need and helps to find the best path for you. At 350+ lbs, I was very leary about starting, but he put my mind at ease. I can tell that he really wants to ease me into getting healthy, starting with nutrition and walking since I have a long journey ahead of me. I already know from my husband's journey that the coaches and people at this gym are encouraging and non-judgemental
