Services were exceptionally incredible, especially with Terrence. His sincere attitude with his honest advices helped us to pick the best option for our car. It was a tough decision to let go of our beloved car but Grandcity gave us valuable opinions to sort this out smoothly. During the estimation period, we also received a good quality courtesy car to drive with. Grandcity cared for us in and out to make sure we don't have much worries even our car is being dealt with. I was served by a Chinese appraiser with good knowledge and service attitude. He gave very honest and realistic recommendations for my car's body job, and he promised to try his best to negotiate good part prices for me. There was minimal sales pressure in the whole appraisal process and he gave me different options in approaching my car repair. Overall, the experience at Grandcity was good. The only downside was the quoted prices were very expensive and not competitive enough to secure my business.

Recent have a hit and run (first time in ten years), and recommend by friends to visit this autobody shop. Driver side mirror broken and fall off, and when I drove to the shop, it was dangerous. However, they just took pictures and ask me to leave, I kept told him without side mirror to drive was dangerous for me. They just ignored me, and asked me to go. Almost a week, they called me to go to their shop to install the driver side mirror during office hour. I thought I could a courtesy car and they can start to repair my car. However, they told me they will install the driver side mirror only,

Had a recent accident a short while back where I for rear ended at a red light. There was a slight dent on the back of my bumper that needed repairing and was recommended to visit Grandcity from one of my mechanic friends. There is a lot to like about this place. They have pretty much been the perfect service autobody that I could think of. Clean and well lit reception area, great friendly staff, and a good bunch of craftsmen that really know what they are talking about and dealing with. They took a look at the damages, helped me deal with all the ICBC paperwork and sent me on my way with a courtesy
