USE THIS AUTO BODY SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you are an auto enthusiast avoid MG Collision, they will ruin your car. They cannot handle a simple straight forward repair. They will "fix" one thing and ruin or break another. My car fender was crooked, gaps were uneven, had extra dings that weren’t there before and the entire car had swirl marks. These guys even stole more than half my spare change. And I had a lot of loonies and toonies. They thought I wouldn’t notice by leaving me some left. I know my car inside out. I know the clutch was abused by one or more of their techs but extremely difficult

Absolutely exceptional service!!! Best body shop experience I’ve ever had in my life. Repairs were done in timely and professional manner and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. MG collision has provided the courtesy car even thought it wasn’t covered by my insurance. They also took care of all the paperwork for me, and communication was easy and great from the beginning to end. Mike is just an amazing person to deal with and his team went over and beyond to do an excellent job on my vehicle. I would highly recommend them! This is the shop you can definitely 100% trust.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mike & his team at MG Collision! After my window got smashed and my car was vandalized, I was supported through the experience by MG Collison, as they are a Volvo Specialist. They helped me liase with ICBC to sort out my claim and had no trouble getting me in quickly and providing a loaner vehicle. They were very friendly and professional on the phone and in person with me throughout the process. Definitely call these guys for help!

I couldn't recommend Mike and his team at MG Collision enough. From the moment I called, to coming in to drop off my car, the service vehicle, and updates throughout - every aspect of my experience with this company was extremely professional, friendly, and reassuring. I had a collision repaired through an ICBC claim, and decided to add on further body work from previous damage over the years. I had an ICBC damage claim with my Volvo XC90. The Volvo dealership recommended a couple shops and I called them both but decided to go with MG collision. Mike was so helpful and accommodating. He got me a courtesy car that would fit my 3 car seats and rushed my cAr so I would have it back in time for a road trip. My car looks brand new, was returned sparkling clean (it was not dropped off that way ), and everyone that I dealt with at the shop was so helpful and kind. Came here to get my Porsche fixed on the advice of my Porsche Mechanic. It was only a slight front bumper ding, but was so pleasantly surprised by the work done and ESPECIALLY the treatment as a customer. MG is a long time family owned business and you can tell that the professional attitude has been passed on from the founder Mike Sr. to Mike Jr. There are other vaunted Porsche specialty shops in Vancouver that I've use, but the guys at MG better. They should be at the top of consideration for body work based on what I've experienced.
